Maurice hooked up my new printer/scanner and took my computer tohis shop to update it to current standards., He returned it the following day, reinstalled it, and typed out instructions for me to use the printer. Maurice was very knowledgeable and personable. While he was working, he showed me things I didn't know about my computer, I'll refer friends to him and I will call him when the needs arise. I felt comfortable with his presence in my home.

I spoke with the owner Maurice about my son’s computer. We were completely locked out of the screensaver screen and out of memory so was not able to do anything at all. I called the manufacturer and Microsoft, they weren't able to help. I told Maurice that my son is a college student and needs his laptop for school no later than Tuesday morning. Maurice met me Saturday morning, kept the laptop overnight and worked on it until Sunday afternoon (yes over the weekend). He is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. If you have any tech issues, Maurice at Kreo is your guy!!!

Maurice came to our house to resolve access issues to an older computer and printer connectivity issues to my laptop and phone., He gained access to the computer very quickly and diagnosed the issues with the keyboard. He then found problem with multiple files causing the printer connectivity issues to my laptop and phone. He cleaned up the files and I was printing again in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His focus was always on customer satisfaction and ensuring I understood each step he was performing. Maurice is a blessing. Being not to computer savvy I had not only bought a new laptop, but I was moving from Microsoft 10 to 11. I needed all my information transferred along with some pointers on the changes between the two programs. I was at a can do no more point and along came Maurice and he saved the day. Our next project is to add additional security to our two cell phones and two iPads. I would highly recommend Maurice to anyone needing any computer/cell phone set-up, security and/or technical support.

One of the hinges on my laptop broke. I really appreciated Maurice's honesty on what the cost would be as well as to be aware of how it should be done. I am in a situation where he helped me greatly. He is very caring person and will put himself in your situation and see how he can help you. He did an excellent job syncing all my devices and he not only fixed them, he educated me on what I had done wrong and demonstrated how to fix it.

He also helped my mom on the spot with her printer and made recommendations for antivirus software and replacement printer/ink options for our needs.
