Mike was AWESOME! He came in and worked with me on cost. I was moving out of the home so did not want to put too much money into it and Mike understood that and worked with me to get the best value. Fast and friendly, they came by in less than 24 hours. I don't have a lot of experience hiring plumbers but their rate seemed kinda high $147.00 for twenty minutes of work.

Still waiting for a receipt. Price estimate jumped from over $200 to final bill of over $600. They spent a lot of time, but failed to say how much the price would jump. Felt trapped by the situation. Gave me a Mumbo jumbo about charging to both take out and put back dishwasher because they couldn't get to the drain. . Still no itemized receipt. Very disappointed. Seemed nice, but felt they were less than open about situation.

I loved that HE thought of checking to see if was under warranty...and it WAS! So he ordered the part and as soon as it arrived they came and fixed the water heater that day. We will use Kretz Plumbing again. Very Impressed!
