He arrived promptly at the time agreed and even called in advance to confirm. Having an old house you can never be such exactly what might be encountered once you get into it. This repair was no exception. Kris was flexible as the replacement became more involved than initially expected. He explained the issues and answered all my questions. Kris was very professional. He also all carefully cleaned up once the job was complete. I would recommend Kris and plan to use him for my next plumbing project.
