Great job, fast!

My pool was a disaster (to say the least)!! There were so many cracks leading up to and in the pool. The tile was very outdated. Also, the decking around the pool was a mess. Tony not only resurfaced the pool and put in all new tile, but he fixed the drains on my deck which were pitched the wrong way and sending water toward my house. He had pavers put around the pool and now, my oasis is what I dreamed it would be. Tony guided me with the best decisions from the very beginning. I would highly recommend him!

We recently had our pool resurfaced by Toni here in Cape Coral, and he did an absolutely amazing job! From start to finish, Toni was incredibly responsive — always quick to answer calls or texts — and started the project right on schedule. He kept us updated with photos throughout the entire process, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even the person who now handles our pool chemicals commented on Toni’s work, saying he’s the best and that he takes the extra step at the end of the process that most pool companies skip because they don’t want to wait. That really says a lot about his attention to detail and professionalism. We’re so impressed with his reliability, communication, and quality of work. Highly recommend Toni if you’re looking for someone who truly takes pride in what they do!

Very professional and yet easy going. The job was great. Done sooner than expected and it is awesome. He keeps you informed every step of the way. If you are looking for a fantastic job, look no further, this is the guy. I can't say enough about him. Honestly you will not be disappointed.

As a continuation to my review limited by verbage allowed... The I suppose owners Tony and Justin deflected blame to my pool company even tho the pool didn't leak prior to their reno. The resurfacing is not right. They sent their own inspector for a lame diagnosis which was followed for treatment that changed nothing with the finish issue. They would NEVER provide the waranty as I believe they did not use approved subs. The surface is supposed to be warrantied for life.... where's the warranty?? They take no interest in customer satisfaction or their quality. It's about getting in and out for the money. They proved they we not able to fix the leak after I had to hire Rhino to find it, then fix it, and my pool company to fix the pop up's and clean lines and finish spa caps. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!

Hired the company in March 2024 for total pool renovation assuming their 5* was legit. They completed the job with a couple subcontracters. In the process of resurfacing they essentually glued down my pop up's and the surfacing material got into the pool lines. I reached out about the issue and Justin came back after a few reschedules and drained the pool. He applied muratic acid over the entire pool as the finish also had staining. He did not remove the pop up's to clean them, did nothing relating to the clogged lines, and never finished installing the spa caps. Subsequently, I reached out numerous times that my pool had a leak and I had to add water weekly. This continued for months with their procrastination and denying that they caused the leak and the pool hadn't leaked for 12 years. The pool has been serviced by a professional pool company for it's entire existance. In short it cost me $1795 to fix the pool except the finish which they won't respond. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Tony was great. The pool came out absolutely beautiful. He really helped us out by advising us on colors etc. and always easy to communicate with.

We hired Kristal pools for a full remodel. New paver deck, coping and tile and pool interior finish. It turned out amazing! The exposed pebble finish is a dark blue and looks incredible! They finished on time, and cleaned up everything. Very happy with the results.

BAIT SWITCH SIGNED CONTRACT FOR 7500 CHANGED IT AFTER JOB STARTED TO 9200. SLOPPY WORK POOL LEAKS. I AM SPENDING A TON OF MONEY ON WATER. HAVE TO TAKE ANTHONY THEIL AKA TONY TO COURT. JUST A BIG MESS!

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and the attention Tony put on display during the process. Our pool was original from 1990 builder and becoming a major eyesore. The process of selecting a good contractor with the desired results was becoming tedious. Luckily Tony and Kristal pools put us at ease. Tony was at every step of the process from the first estimate to fill and provide great insights that were inline with our vision. We were curious about adding a sundeck to the structure. Tony’s years of experience give the appearance of being original. Tony noted original construction defects with the hot tub and made corrections that have improved performance. The crews used from pavers to finish were the absolute best. A concern I had is that so many refinished pools end up being more basic than original. Tony took time to hear concerns and addressed by adding precision accent tiles, increasing glass beads to the finish and adding bull nose curbing. The after pics speak volumes.

We highly recommend Tony at Kristal Pool Construction. We did a big overhaul to our pool and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Tony did an amazing job, he transformed it from totally outdated to a really beautiful pool. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Tony is a good communicator with a very easy going, nothing is a problem attitude. His pricing IMO cannot be beaten, he is extremely reasonably priced, while maintaining a high level of quality.

I received a few estimates and Tony had a great price. He isn't the cheapest but he is far from the most expensive. But if your looking for a job done well, with care and great craftmanship then look no further Tony was amazing. He was on site either performing the work or supervising to ensure the job was completed properly. Kristal Pool renovation resurfaced our pool, removed the old coping and water line tile and replaced. They also installed new pavers. The whole job turned out better than I could have hoped for. We also had a drainage issue with rain water going into our pool. Tony raised the coping and installed new drains. We had our first heavy rain and I'm happy to say nothing went into the pool. I don't give glowing reviews unless the contractor truly deserves it, so you can believe he earned it. And one last note, his always communicated with us keeping us informed every step of the way. Thanks again for the amazing job.
