It is nice to be working with Kristi Klean because there is a good infrastructure to support their affiliated cleaners and me as well if I have changing needs or things come up.

KristiKlean came to meet with me prior to me selecting her company - excellent review of services, my needs, and who might be the match to help me in their home. I have the cleaner returning every 2 weeks and hope to imdprove on the first visit which did not completely meet my requirements in part because I did not do a proper after check after each task to see it the cleaning met expectations. I will manage the services throughout the time frame on this next visit so it's a win-win. The cleaner assigned to my home has great people skills and has no issue with instructions, so I look forward to a long relationship.

I've had the cleaning service twice now and it has been a great weight off my shoulders. Kristi is VERY open to suggestions and options. If you see something they are missing, I feel you can tell her and she will listen and follow through the next time. I just know it will be a great partnership. They are EXCELLENT with bathrooms and kitchens!
