All of your technicians have been good. Chris L recently completed the 6 month checkup on our system. He was most conscientious and explained so much to me about my system. He was one of the most helpful technicians I have ever had in my home. Please send him on future calls to my house.

We have been a Kron and West customer for a number of years. When it came time to replace our 14 year old AC system there was no question but that We would use Kron and West. On installation day our installers arrived punctuality at 8AM and were done by 3. They wrwe very clean in their work and we are very happy with our new system.
