Kruegler Contracting did a superb job. They were reasonably priced, on time every day, and completed the job on time. I was given different options, some that I hadn't considered which turned out to be less expensive and better quality than I had imagined. The quality of work was exceptional. I have already hired them to do more work on my home in the spring (this time a screened in porch). The owner, Mark, was personable and took pride in the work he and his employees did.

Mark and his crew dud a great job with our 3 car garage with 1200sq ft. In-law apartment above. We have been very happy with Mark and would recommend him for anything he does. Good trust worthy people are hard to come by. Mark is fair with his prices and his quality if workmanship is outstanding. I am talking to him now about some more work I would like him to do.

Called immediately after I posted the request. The other ones never called. He came within a day for an estimate and the deal was done.

The contractor did a very good job. The quality and cost are compatible. We are basically satisfied and enjoy the new basement. Customer service is also good. They changed my plan in a few places without informing us. This could be due to misunderstanding. Frequent communications and inspections are recommended. They didn't have a drawing except the one we provided but that is not a professional drawing. This could be a problem. Other than this, my husband and I are happy with their job.

They were a great group to work with. I found that Mark was understanding when I needed to change something and even when job was completed and paid, he came back to adjust and fix. I had no problems. I would highly recommend him and call him again for another project.

Kruegler Contracting & Remodeling did a fine job in the addition of a porch and remodeling the dormers resulting in an attractive front entrance to our home. The carpenters, Bob and Mike, are very skilled and hard-working. Attention to keeping the worksite clean was most appreciated. I suggest customers be watchful of the quality of materials and the "rush to the finish." Overall, I was very satisfied with the project.

Mark, and his team of Bob and Mike, worked on our addition - family room + basement. First of all, out of all the contractors we requested bids for, Mark was the most responsive, had the shortest timeline, and had the lowest bid. His team was at our house every day b/w 6:30-7:00 am and were able to complete the job in the time frame that was in our contract. They had to have full access to our house at all times, in which I trusted the team. They all were very responsive to our needs, hard-working, and did a great job. I believe Mark and team have high integrity, do great work, and would recommend them.

Mark and his guys did a great job repairing drywall in multiple rooms as well as making a custom oak threshold for my bathroom.

I was extremely pleased with the project, I had done by Mark and his team Mike and Bob . They were always on time and work was carried out efficiently and expertly . A pleasure to business with them - thumps up.

They were very professional, on time and did exactly what they said. I took his card also to have him come back in the spring for contracting work as well. Great work for a good value

Mark, Bob, and Mike attacked the job like a SWAT team, appearing at 6:20 am on a cold and dark December morning. Their assignment was to enclose an outdoor porch and transform it into a sun room. This is their style, fast, neat, flexible to our requests, and very professional. They gave this job 100% of their attention. I had to move quickly to stay ahead of their progress choosing the decorative elements...flooring, ceiling, paint, glass, lighting...They are craftsmen...matching the exterior features to our Federal style Schenectady home. I hope to use them again...

Mark Kruegler was very knowledgeable about the designs and specifications needed for our sunroom and he had great ideas. Mark and his crew were always ready to work early in the morning, professional and friendly. The beautifully finished sunroom, is a credit to their attention to detail and their professionalism.

Had an excellent experience with Kruegler Contracting, was kept up to date with all stages of the project (kitchen remodel/rennovation), the work was done on time and on budget. The companies that Kruegler recommended for different aspects of the kitchen were pleasurable to work with. The crew members of Kruegler were all competent and professional. Would definitely use Kruegler Contracting again and would recommend them.

The job was fairly priced, quickly and neatly done and the quality is very high. Neighbors are constantly stopping by to tell me how much they like my screened porch - and I always pass on the name of Kruegler Contracting. Very pleased.

I give Mark and his crew a solid B to B+ for the kitchen remodel work he did for us. Mark was always ontime(he actually starts his day very early), very responsive and could be contacted easily. His crew worked hard and made rapid progress. We did not have any of the stereotypical issues that are often seen with contractors. The work (removing kitchen walls and installing a cabinet island and countertops) was generally well done. A cabinet order issue delayed progress for 5 weeks and it is not clear if the supplier or distributor messed up. Mark could improve the quality of some fine finish details and clean-up but he generally did a good job

The job was started and finished without interruption. They were easy to work with and helpful. They even offered to let the dogs out if necessary!!

We hired Mark and his crew after interviewing 4-5 other contractors to do a MAJOR renovation and addition to our home. We gutted the entire first floor of our home (entrance, family room, living room and kitchen) and added a 12 x 18 sunroom, a new roof and deck expansion. Mark and his team had the job done in 8 weeks! What we love about them is that they are extremely professional, honest and detail orientated. The quote he gave us at the beginning of the project was accurate and did not increase, and was far lower than other contactors we spoke with. We HIGHLY recommend Kruegler Contracting and could not be happier with their work.

My wife and I were absolutely delighted by the work performed by Mark and his team. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work was excellent. In early discussions Mark talked with pride about his work ethic which I wrote off as PR but the work ethic displayed by these guys was second to none. They showed up every morning on time, smiles on their faces, and got to work. Other project estimates were 6 -- 8 weeks. Mark said it would take 2, and it did. Mark also provided the least expensive quote and did not go over budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Kruegler to anyone and would use them for future projects in a hearbeat.

I will tell you that while his price was reasonable for the job he did,I felt his job could have been done a lot better.I also have to say that he left things a mess and did not take any of the leftover materials away leaving me to take care of his mess.

Overall, the kitchen remodeling job looks good. I believe Mark and his helper really tried to do a good job. They are pleasant young men.They basically did all they said they would do. However, they are not carpenters. The finishing work could have been better. The helper had never installed a wood floor before, and the trim and edgings are evidence of that. They installed cabinets first, making it difficult to do a clean paint job. They are fast but not necessarily careful. Cutting around light switches was sloppy. The crown molding was not applied as carefully as possible, and there are many nails left sticking out. Baseboards were finished with window trim wood. (One spot was missed completly.) With a few lessons from seasoned carpenters and a little more attention to detail, this company could be top notch. They haven't reached that point, yet. If you are looking for electricians who dabble in carpentry and you aren't too fussy, you have found your contractors. If you are looking for professional perfection, look elsewhere.

Mark Kreuglar lived up to his commitment 100 percent. He did everything he said he would do. I would highly recommend hiom and told him to feel free to use me as a reference. Mark was very flexible. If I asked ot change something he would say �its your bathroom�. This makes me feel that mark would do whatever it takes to please the customer. The quality of work was great and the price was very reasonable. I bought a vanity and cabinets from another company, and they told me that mark does quality work and showed me pictures of his kitchen and bathroom remodels. I will be using Kreugal Contracting in the future
