The pro came out to replace and expand existing deck. He kept asking for more money. He did not do the stairway up to code. He did not pull a permit as he was supposed to get. I called him and he said he would come by to complete the project. He never came back. He never showed or called. He stopped answering my calls. He didn't clean up his mess, left behind nails, etc. We had to take the debris to the dump. We had to hire another non-HomeAdvisor pro to finish the project. He charged $3,000.00 more than the original quote of over $7,000.00. We paid for the materials as well.

Dave was punctual, professional and helpful. The only problem was that he was unable to finish the plumbing for my sink and I had to find someone else to do this.
