They needed a credit card number over the phone to secure an appointment for an estimate. I explained **I do not know you people, I will call you the morning of the scheduled appointment and provide a card number ** Most estimates are free. I had no problem paying for the estimate if we do not use them. Just not like this.

"Thank you for your feedback, Jill. We do provide free estimates for full replacements. For our repair division, we do charge a $79.00 diagnostic service fee. Once diagnosed, we provide you an estimate for free. We understand in these times of scammers taking advantage of people, it is hard to pay upfront. To provide added security for your information, we ask for the credit card information at the time of making the appointment so the credit card information can stay safe at the office at all times. We also understand that you do not know us from any other contractor. We do have high ratings on Google, BBB, Angie's List, and Home Advisor because we do take customer safety and satisfaction of high importance. Plus, all contractors have to go through a rigorous process to get approved to be on Angie's List and Home Advisor to ensure they only have trusted contractors on their website. I had a roof issue two years ago and they did such a great job that when I needed my bathrooms done, I knew I would get only quality work. I was not disappointed. The rooms look so good, my wife cannot stop bragging to everyone that this is in our home. Will never use anyone else. True professionals.

Everything was first rate. Carl was professional, timely and responsive in putting the bid together. He did a great job with some silly city building regulations that they tried to apply but did not fit our situation. The project started and finished on time. The work was first class. Pricing was very reasonable. Repair completed with no impact to customer. This was on a simple repair job. I later hired them to replace siding on my home. There was a problem with the siding company that they helped me manage through and completed the job. The quality was excellent, people in the field and in the office were very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
