The team performing the work was very professional, they worked very quickly and did an excellent clean up job after the wrok was completed

Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
The individuals doing the work for this company (minus one) were competent and friendly - ie Jason and his crew. However, the management in the company cannot plan and oversee a job to completion. We began our project in early April (it was supposed to take two weeks). It is almost August and the job is still not done! I would recommend this company taking a look at what it can really handle and not promising to manage a project they are unable to oversee appropriately. I would NOT recommend this company.

"The problem was a faulty part in the upstairs bathroom sink. The assembly had a faulty part which needed to be replaced which we were unaware of at the time. The customer called us claiming we didn't finish in the bathroom and to send someone out to finish the job. We sent a tech out and he found that the job was completed but found the faulty part. The part was replaced. The problem was resolved"

Company had to come out day after repair because a solder joint didn't hold. But that happens sometimes with plumbing repairs.

I'd recommend them, but with reservations/qualifications. They installed the wrong type of pipes for our complete house re-piping job (PEX instead of copper), but they did redo it and did a nice job in the end. They were very polite and considerate as well as professional.

I contacted them on Monday and they were ready to go on Tuesday. The friendly service people were at my house at the planned time despite a flat tire on there van. They started at about 10:30 a.m and finished around 3:30 p.m. Everything looks good with a new panel and mast on the outside and a new breaker panel in the basement. When they finished they cleaned up there mess and excepted the coupon from service magic without any problems. All around it was easy and a good experience.

I spoke with Steve on the phone and he was very professional. He listened to the problem and gave me an estimate. Jason came to do the job, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly and professional, and did a nice job installing a new sink and faucet.

I had a very good first impression, as there were promises made, but they were not kept. I was told that I would have someone at the house the next day, they never showed. When I called to find out where they were, I was told they would not be out unitl next week. I was told that the work would be under warranty, (I did not expect it, but that what I was told) and then I was told it would not be. What started as a good experience, turned poor due to lack of communication and professionalism.
