Not professionals. Left with job incomplete and a mess. We now have someone completing the job.

"Our project manager met with homeowners when job was complete and they were happy. After a large rain homeowner sent pictures to project manager after hours on the weekend. He went to look at problem that Monday or Tuesday. We agreed to come back and fix the issue weather permitting. It has been very wet and ground soft and had a short week due to holidays. They were scheduled tentatively next week. We were not aware they felt ignored and thought it had been explained if we brought the equipment into there yard with all the rain it would have done more damage than good. We were waiting for the correct conditions, if we would have received a phone call or e-mail we would have explained. Sorry for any inconvenience or miscommunication we are still willing to come and fix problem let us know 636-584-8838 like I had said had you on schedule next week."

We hired Kuenzel to do a job where we had to replace some old stairs off the sliding glass door on the outside- we wanted to put in new stairs with a landing. When it was all done it was better than we had imagined. It was done quickly, done right. Everyone was very satisfied.

The project manager Cody was great! I was not the easiest customer as I had no clue exactly what I wanted. He was patient with my change of direction. I ended up settling on a set of composite stairs onto my patio. Cody was also patient while I agonized over color selection! He gave me great ideas about staining my patio versus using paint. It looks great! The stairs look fantastic and are exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely be using Kuenzel again!

They were professional and flexible. I had some special requests in my project, things that some companies can nickel and dime you on, but they just stuck to their base estimates. Pleasure to do business with!

Just met for an estimate of costs for repairs. Appreciated their honesty in suggesting a "less expensive" approach and suggesting that they didn't believe the property warranted the expense of a "full blown fix".

It was a pleasure to work with Kuenzel Construction. I used them to frame a 5800 sq. foot house. They worked hard, stayed after the job to get it done, and have been very helpful making suggestions, etc. I will work with them again on my next custom home and have recommended them to several other people.
