Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Phil and his team did a nice job with our basement remodel, adding a partition, bathroom, exterior door, and a work area. The team was knowledgeable and courteous and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them and would hire them to do additional work on our home.

Kullp construction was very effeciant, courtious and honest. We got exactly what we wanted with the funds we had available to pay for it. He even through in a large extra window. Overall we were very pleased.

Phil contacted us quickly and completed the roof repair in a timely, professional manner. Phil is very knowledgeable and honest about his work. We plan on calling Phil for any future construction projects and repairs. I contacted Service Magic on a Saturday, heard from Phil within an hour, and the repair was completed by Monday evening.

Phil was so helpful and honest throughout this whole roof project, it's really nice to know there are still a few honest and reliable contractors willing to go the extra mile. I had asked him to provide me with four separate price estimates from minor repair to full replacement, which he did within 24 hours and then when I had misunderstood the difference between two of them, he could have easily charged me $2000 more and I wouldn't have known the difference. But, he was just too honest to do that (thank heavens) , and when the job ran into additional costs and exenses, he did not charge me for it, he kept to his original price!! Great Job!

Phil Kulp called us as soon as we put in the request for a roofer. I have been calling other roofers in the area who have not responded to my requests. Phil had the appoointment made to speak to us within a few days and the roof was completed that week.

Phillip Kulp, the owner was very responsive when I called him, courteous, reasonably priced, and a very diligent worker in building my garage. I would highly recommend him, and I have already referred him to my son for construction work on his home.

I was very pleased with how Phil communicated with me. He was always available for a phone call and communicated proactively. When issues came up with the work, they were resolved immediately and in an open manner (I never got evasive or incomplete answers). Phil's crew replaced my roof (~32 squares - 2 story) and he was on hand most of the time to ensure the quality of the work as it was being done (nice to work with a contractor who is not trying to bounce between jobs all at the same). He price was very competitive with other quality roofers. I would definitely recommend and will call him for other jobs.

Phil is a professional! He called me minutes after finding him on ServiceMagic. He came over the very next business day to assess the work and gave me an estimate the day after. Would highly recommend Pleasant Valley Construction. Our deck is absolutely beautiful. The project was finished in a timely manner, the workmanship is excellent and best of all the project was almost entirely done by Phil himself. No sub-contractors or unsupervised workers. Professional, trustworthy company to deal with.

Phil Kulp was extremely professional and down to earth. He didn�t try to push unwanted products on us (as other salesmen from service magic attempted to do). We had four doors installed and were very happy with his honesty and flexibility to work with us throughout the project as well as the end result of his work. Not only do I recommend him but I would have him come and do work for us again if the need would arise.

Philip Kulp of Pleasant Valley Construction installed wood flooring for me. He did a wonderful job. Upon calling service magic, he responded a few hours later and his turn around time of completion was no later than 48 hours. His price was more than fair. I would recommend this company with the highest assurance that satisfactory work will be done.
