Kurt was very professional and he did a great job. However, the project was not completed in the time frame that was promised. It was due to the people working for him were not reliable. As far as Kurt, he knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable.

Over the past year, Kurt has done about $90,000 worth of contracts for me scattered over 4 properties. He has converted a small deck to a larger, beautiful screened-in porch with fans, floodlights, and maintenance-free finishings. He has handled complex remediation to a failing house addition's inadequate foundation. He has replaced a 40-year-old deck including the flooring to an existing screen porch (jacking up the walls and roof which were fine to replace the floor). He likewise upgraded a porch at my own house. He replaced all the single-pane windows at a mountain cabin to energy efficient double-paned windows, color-matched to the cabin's existing siding and interior colors. In all of this work, Kurt put careful thought and leveraged his long experience in custom home construction, renovations, and engineering to deliver a high quality result.
