Kus Construction, Inc.

Adam Kus was excellent with details, material quality, supervising workers and cleaning up. He was a pleasure to do business with.

*Highly related, extremely reliable service that you can trust. Jerry is one of the hardest working and trustworthy guys in the industry. Reasonably priced and Jerry does it all.* We hired First Siding (Jerry Bednarski) to perform proactive roof maintenance / repair. Within 1 hour of contact him, he responded. Anytime I emailed him, I would receive a response within 1 day. Jerry provided a detailed estimate, walked through the work that needed to be performed, and completed the project in a very timely manner. Jerry was the most affordable and did the most detailed work. Warranty included!

Clean, friendly efficient

they were there immediately, after I had waited for another contractor for more than two weeks. They also gave me honest and clear evidence of other work needed. They were priced fairly, and worked carefully.

Jerry and his team were fantastic to work with. We thought we just needed a roof repair but ended up deciding to do a full replacement. Jerry came out right away to give an estimate and was incredibly communicative throughout the project. He was very helpful in explaining things and gave a very competitive estimate. Their workmanship was excellent, and they cleaned up beautifully and hardly caused any disruption at all. Hopefully we won't have to replace our roof again for a long long time, but when we do we will definitely use Jerry again.

did a great job, no more leaks

Very professional, on time and fair price. Did a beautiful job.

I finally got the roof done Jerry is really a nice and dependable guy as soon as the weather got better he came out and repaired my roof and stay in touch with me until he was able to do the job I'm satisfied with the work that was performed because we are expecting more rain and strong storms and hopefully I will not get any leaks in my house.

VERY DEPENDABLE. CALLED BACK ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD. CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND NEXT DAY THE JOB WAS DONE. THIS WAS A SMALL JOB , REPLACING A ROOF VENT AND AN EXHAUST VENT . I SAVED OVER $400 USING KUS CONSTRUCTION. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.

Jerry and his partner did an excellent job with my flat roof. Their were very professional and expedient; even did things that weren't agreed upon in the contract, which lets me know they're really about quality and not quantity! Recommend any day!!! Thanks guys!

Repair completed in timely way Assurance given of follow up over next few rains to ensure repair was good

Called and then started and completed work quickly. Did a thorough job. Devised an ingenious way to solve the garage roof water runoff problem. But I would have liked answer before he did the work re how he was going to solve the problem.

Jerry was fantastic to work with. He was very communicative both by phone and email. He completed the work quickly and was able to give us a great deal because he was doing additional work in the area.

They were prompt, thorough, and very clear in the work they were proposing and the costs for each piece of work. They provided a clear estimate, arrived as expected, completed the job efficiently, reviewed their work with me, and cleaned the job site up completely.

Very professional, did an excellent job.
