Central A/C Service or Repair
Showed up at the beginning of the service window, worked quickly & efficiently. No complaints on the work quality or professionalism. The only "knock" if anything was that I hadn't contracted directly through Kuti, rather some a home services provider who sent Kuti out and who in turn jacked up the bill. Doing it again, I'd just contact Kuti directly.

Central A/C Service or Repair
Came to repair non-working 5 ton Carrier Unit that had lost charge. I was in OK and wife was home, Came out on Friday 7/8 broke again on 7/9. Michael did not use a leak detector on the unit to locate the leak. He instead charged the system with a leak die. Less than 24 hours it was empty and not working. COST 1,700.00 NO REFUND except a $500.00 credit on a new unit after I asked for some compensation! Came out again and said NEED NEW UNIT! Filing complaint with Maryland Department of Regulation. Failed to follow correct procedure to test unit and locate leak and correct prior to wasting 7 # of R22 charging $ 190.00 per #.

"Hi Ken S. Sorry for your loss. Upon arrival to service Ken S. Air Conditioning unit on 7/8/22, I was advised that another contracting Company recommended replacing his equipment due to age. After fully checking out Ken S. Air Conditioning unit, We found his AC unit low on R22. We also found that his AC unit has not been serviced due to neglect. We advised Ken S. and recommended system replacement due to age (22 years old). Ken S. at this time was interested in a quick fix, therefore we quoted him on cost to add R22 back to his AC unit. We quoted him on preventative maintenance to get the AC unit up to Par in which included: Cleaning Condenser"
