Kuyas Climate Control LLC

Nathan is very communicative. He replaced a capacitor for us and charged exactly what he estimated, and the cost was fair and accurate. We will definitely call him in the future and refer him to anyone needing HVAC work. He has both residential and commercial experience, so I felt confident we were in good hands. The bonus… he is very kind and very fast!

Nathan at Kuya’s Climate Control was outstanding. I called him during a San Diego heat wave after another company quoted more than $1,200 to replace a capacitor and contactor on my 93-year-old mother’s AC. Even though Nathan was already extremely busy, he offered to stop by that evening so he could personally diagnose the problem and make sure he had what he needed to get her cooling again before the weekend. He came exactly when promised, tested the system, confirmed the capacitor was bad, obtained the part, and returned first thing the next morning to install it. Two service trips, diagnosis, part and labor: $350. More importantly, he was responsive, straightforward, knowledgeable and clearly interested in solving the problem rather than maximizing the bill. My sister met him at the condo and said he was a great guy. Kuya’s is exactly the kind of small, owner-operated business I like dealing with. Nathan earned our trust immediately, and he’ll be the first person we call for any future HVAC work. Highly recommended.

Nathan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient! He was very honest and also willing to teach how to avoid future costs. A notable interaction far exceeding any other technician we have dealt with.

Nathan, business owner was amazing with customer service, skill and knowledge! He repaired my AC unit and walked through the each step of issues and causes. I am so grateful for his knowledge, care and kindness he provided especially during the heat wave that continues! He deserves more than 5 stars and highly recommended!

Nathan arrived exactly on time, did a timely, but thorough inspection and provided excellent options for next steps. Will be using Kuya's Climate Control for all our future HVAC needs!
