The hurricane hit and I have a big backyard. He installed good neighbor fence (looks the same on both sides) and went way beyond with fancier gates than what I expected. Although the gates cost more than the estimated quote, he kept the price the same. I am very pleased with his work.

Buyer beware. Contractor will be on the spot to collect money but when it comes to actually getting the job done and doing so correctly, he is unwilling to do anything unless you are willing to give more money. After I gave him his requested deposit worth 40% of the total cost of our project, it was extremely hard to get into contact with the contractor. (This was partially our mistake for being naive; we learned after speaking with other contractors that this is not something most reputable businesses request.) He informed me and my wife that he has other bigger projects that he works on and that ours was taking too much time. The project is still unfinished and I'm having to find another contractor to finish the work he left unfinished and even fix some of the work that was done poorly. Overall very unprofessional - would definitely not recommend.
