    I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job.

    I'm sorry, but you should have done a better job of vacuuming your furniture. It is the customers responsibility to vacuum their own furniture, not the contractor. This is your personal furniture so you should have had it ready to be cleaned. Thank you and have a great day.
