He left a big mess of wood shaves on the carpet, porch and lanundry room. When I asked if he was going to clean up his mess I was told he did not have a vacuum. Besides that he was polite and did a good job on the install.

Luke was incredibly polite and professional in his greeting, and he promptly responded to my Angi request. However, I am giving this a three-star rating because it took two visits to complete the installation of a Schlage Keypad deadbolt lock. During the initial installation, I had to convince him that it was not finished because the bolt would not fit inside the strike plate. On my second visit, he was supposed to call me when he arrived, but I did not hear from him until the next day. I understand that things can come up, but it would have been appreciated if he had given me a courtesy call to let me know that he could not make it. Additionally, when he drilled to make adjustments to the strike plate, it would have been a thoughtful gesture to offer to clean up the wood and metal shavings that fell to the floor during the process.

He created the keys successfully. I wish I had known he didn't have any remote type on stock.

Nice kid. Not sure that he’s a true locksmith but he is learning!! He left all of his mess from drilling holes in my door. That’s why I called him a nice kid. The work seems to be fine but he showed up in a random unmarked car, didn’t appear neat or professional. I think he will figure it out. He has the skills.

The gentleman who came out and made my key at 9:00 pm which was a lifesaver. I live in Bracey Virginia and I had been trying to find a locksmith to come out and make a key after 10 calls to locksmith everyone of them said we donâ t serve that area even though the companyâ s I did call were in South Hill which is about 15 minutes from me. Luckily for me I found this locksmith and he was very friendly called when he was on his way and called when he arrived. I will definitely keep their number in my contacts and pass it along to my friends. I am very satisfied and grateful to them for being so professional and getting the job done.
