Today is 04/02/2026 I will start by saying this Please don’t judge a book by its cover, Josh was my technician, he looks young but very knowledgeable this is Josh second time to my home for 2 different services, I’ll say this young man is very good at what he does. Josh was very professional and respectful, I’m blown away with this company I have American Home Shield insurance all you pay is your deductible 10/10 great service Josh is a wonderful young man and he’s very professional when Josh says I Gotcha Ma’am please believe him I recommend this company and Josh service I’m proud of him and his parents for raising a respectful gentleman 🙏🏾

Warning to seniors: I charged my parents $880 to replace 2 shower valves that can be purchased at the hardware store for $25 each. Given there are no details on their invoice when I called to question what service was actually provided, I was informed it was a flat rate for the valve replacement, so if this is the case, they have a 20x markup for a service that took less than 45 min to complete. Not to mention they repaired a valve in a second bathroom that was not in need of repair, doubling up their bill. Shame on you, Kwik Serv, for taking advantage.

Great communication, very polite & nice Technician

Our technician was Ian. He did a great job explaining what was causing our problem and how it needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure the we knew what he was doing with our system and made sure to let us know what if any problem persisted to give him a call back.he was here Monday, it is now Tuesday and our A/C is working great.

They arrived when they said they would. Clearly explained the issues and costs. Performed the work quickly and cleaned up totally after they finished.

John R came after hours and then first thing in the morning to finish a drain unclogging and under-sink re-piping job. Sized up the problems and solved the issue efficiently. Few trades actually come when they say they are coming. These folks were on time and professional.
