Thanks for reaching out. I have been a Realtor and Appraiser since 1981. I have personally sold over 3,000 homes. I was as a Chief appraiser for several Nationwide Lenders. I worked directly with the Underwriters and Loan Officers. Selling or Valuing Real Estate is not difficult. Getting the transaction to close with all the diverse requirements at times can be challenging. When I sell a home I make the process transparent with the my client with seller or buyer knowing exactly what to expect. If a problem arises I know how to solve it to make sure the sale closes. When I appraise a home I educate my client so they know exactly what property condition, marketing, legal, zoning, or Lender Guidelines impact the property value. After 35+ years of Being a Realtor and Chief Appraiser on a National scale there isn't much I have not seen or know how to fix. My experience as a Realtor and Appraiser is a "Win Win" for my client
