concrete pad 20 by 20 six inches off level . large gaps under doors water puddles inside .

had a concrete pad poured 20 by 20 it was 6 inches off level . I asked the owner about it .he said concrete settles . I called them back twice they never got back in touch with me . the doors on my garage have large gaps on one side and water drains into the inside of my garage doors . if you hire them make sure the work is done correctly and level before you pay them .because ounce you pay. there done . good luck on your project .pay the extra money and get it done correctly .

Left concrete all over my garage and my new shed, concrete slab at my rental house hold water like a fish bowl, said he would come back and take care of the problem over a week ago, still no show, he got paid so I do not expect h will be back. Still hoping he will show but I am not holding my breath! The work they did at my house was very good and I am happy with that... I just wish they would have taken care of the problems we had discussed.

On time friendly crew, knowledgeable, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was kept informed of all work and time schedule.

Wanted a concrete pad for a future garage. Terrible communication once the job started. Showed up when they said they would about half of the time. They could not anticipate a potential problem they created. They tried to fix the problem that they created and now it is worse. I now have a concrete pad for my future garage that I cannot use because using it will damage the underside of my car. Worst experience ever.
