The experience was not good. He accepted the job but never showed up to begin work. He initially said his grandmother had fallen and that he would still be able to start on the agreed-upon day. However, two days later, he was a no-call, no-show. He pit me behind schedule on my project and ultimately caused me to lose money.

They came out and repaired three drywall issues and changed out a faucet fixture in my bathroom. They did a really good job but I have a issue with the faucet hot water and a little leak. I have been in contact with Timothy and we tried to schedule his visit a few times but he hasn?t come back out. Seems like something always comes up. I didn?t want to leave a review until this was finished but here we are. I hope he follows up on this issue. Will update once he comes out to fix the issue

I had hired Kylah’s Construction to do some drywall repair on my ceiling and the wall. He did a great job making my ceiling look seamless. The texture matched so well to my existing texture. Finally, I have my ceiling back. I will definitely recommend and use them again on future projects.

First contact was 6Feb25 and we gave him the job on the 11Feb25. Was going to do the job on Sat/Sun (15/16Feb25). 4:30PM on Friday the 14Feb25, he called and canceled due to existing work. Then promised Tuesday the 18Feb25. Canceled due to fever is what he said. The promised he would be over on Tues25Feb25. They came over arrving at 0857. They left around 2:30PM and said they would be back in the morning. I could not be here, so it was put off until schedules could be wokred out as he had another job. Offered to come over on Wed26Feb25, but did not showup due to parades in the city. It was put off again until Tues4Feb25. Again he canceled because of paradies in the city. The was returning on Thur13Mar25 and canceled due to a docters appointment. They then came over on Fri14Mar25. I removed the front room and the master bedroom from the agreed work, just to get it done. They came back over on Sat15Mar25 as they needed a day for the mud to dry and arrived just before 0900. Then said he needed another day for the mud to dry. He promised to come over on Mon17Mar25 to finish adn did not show up due to fighting with his wife. I asked if he was coming over on We19Mar25 adn got no response. I asked if they were coming over on Fri21Mar25 adn he said he was in Grand Isle and could not make it. On Sun23Mar25 I asked if he was coming over to finish and did not get a response until Mon24Mar25 @0707 and he said he would come over 1 evening this week to final skim and then the next evening to paint. I informed him on Sun23Mar25 that we were having people coming to stay the following weekend and would really like to know whihc eveings he was planning on coming over and got no response. On Friday, I hired another crew to finish which cost a small fortune to get the work done in such a short window.

He sent me pictures and keep me updated On everything that was going on.

I was satisfy he came on Saturday gave me a price and agreed to do the work. Job is finished and l happy with his work.

Left my water turned on running for 2 days after the job because apparently Iâ m supposed to go behind them like they arenâ t professionals and make sure they put everything back the way it is supposed to go. Hired them to make my entire garage ceiling look like new, there were numerous issues. Didnâ t show up on time agreed upon. First day arrived they were supposed to be going to get the Sheetrock then, but guess they just went to lunch instead. Then the next day claimed they couldnâ t come due to rain, which there was none where I am located the entire day which I took a day off work To wait for them. Second day of work the main guy didnâ t even come sent his helper. Helper Left the job site a total mess. Stole my paint stirring wand attachment for my drill. . Didnâ t even really do the work I hired them for, but apparently the guy was just so ready to leave that I told him he was done and paid them just to go away. Multiple times I went back to point out holes and each time there were still the same holes. Barely sprayed any popcorn back on the ceiling. End of the job there were 3 holes remaining that the guy just apparently didnâ t even look at or see. Itâ s my experience in contracting which I have done for 20 years myself, that when you start a job you examine the whole space, make notes if needed and verify all has been done to meet customers request. Itâ s also my experience that you try to clean up at the end. I could have and should have done the job myself, but was just trying to have a few days of relaxation and not have to do it, which is why I tried to hire someone else. My mistake. Alsoâ ¦ One of the workers kept wandering around my yard the first day they showed up and even walked into my backyard for no reason at all claiming he was looking for a hose when he walked past 2 to get into the back yard.

These guys are horrible. Didn't even use treated wood. The screws, nails and wood size was wrong! They have no experience building docks. They pretty much stoll my money. I would give this crew a minus 100. The entire dock has to be redone.
