Great guys, did a wonderful job remodeling 3 of my bathrooms. They even had to repair sloppy workmanship from the original builders and fully explained everything to me. Will use them again.

Kyle and crew very pleasant and patient. They did great work on window framing. Drywall contractor set him up for failure..he did not. The 45 degree angles were as good as could be expected on non-45 degree corners. The windows were perfect! I did not think he was efficient in use of materials. But, then most contractors are not! Kyle was better than most, though. I am not happy with the paper work end of the deal. It was not very informative on the work/material aspects. If no paperwork is required, I will hire again. But, I will expect paperwork before hand and itemized to my request if Kyle is needed again.. Kyle did negotiate on pricing. Kyle was flexible on time and called if late.

Live in a nice house, took advantage of that fact. Over charged on the labor, for two hours of work charged 300 labor for screen porch repair!! will not use again

Very nice guys. On time. They tried but didn't have the knowledge or tools for the job. Called another handyman to come fix what was not done properly. Sorry guys, I don't think the job was in your expertise.

Kyle did a great job installing two ceiling fans for me. The project turned out to be much more involved than we originally thought, so it took longer and he had to climb up into my scorching hot attic to install braces for both fans! He was a trooper though and constructed braces that will hold these fans securely! He didn't rush the job--he took the time and expended the energy to do superior work. He did not clean up before he left though, and it took me a while to vacuum up the insulation, discard boxes and plastic, and put away the old lighting fixtures, etc. In his defense, he was pretty exhausted from working in the attic heat, and I didn't ask him to clean anything up. I'm sure if I had said something he would have stepped up and done it. In summary, Kyle is very pleasant, did an excellent, top quality job and accepted the additional unexpected work without complaint. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely consider him for future projects.

Mr. Carr did an exceptional job. He gave me a quote for pressure washing the gutters, eves and front porch. He completed this job plus some at no extra cost. I will be hiring him again for more work on my house.

Kyle was hired to pressure wash my porch and deck to blow off old loose and chipping paint, paint both the deck and porch, and replace some stained ceiling tiles in the basement. This young man gave us a great quote and we added on pressure washing the entire house. Additionally, we had asked him to re-caulk around our palladium window and to snap a bottom row of siding back on that had come loose from the house. Kyle was extremely polite and professional. He called when he was going to run late and kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. His crew was also very professional. They got straight to work as soon as they arrived and cleaned up before leaving. Additionally, my husband and I were trying to move a heavy entertainment center to our truck to take to Goodwill. Kyle happened to walk up and said, "Ya'll need some help?" He and his crew took that entertainment center out of our house and put it into our truck without hesitation. I would say that is over and above customer service!! The outside of our home is so nice. It "pops" from the street as our new siding looks as good as it did on the first day!! The ceiling tiles look great. I would not hesitate for a minute to call on Kyle Carr and his crew again if I need any work within his realm of experience and expertise in the future. Kyle aims to please the customers he serves.
