Kyle

Had Kyle repair and refinish our wood floors. At first, they looked great. Within month, the areas they repaired started falling apart. We called and emailed Kyle and at first, he said he would fix the floors but never showed up. We called again and emailed numerous times, and he never responded. Bad company to deal with!

Kyle was hired to do floor sanding, staining and polyurethane. Date was set about 2 weeks in advance. I sent a text the night before they were to start just asking what type of warranty there was. The next morning, one hour before he was scheduled to be at my home, he sent a text stating that he had to cancel and to please find someone else to do the work. I called several times and would not answer the phone and would not return my message. I texted and he would not respond. In addition, there were times prior when I texted a question and his response I should have suspected something then. AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THEY COME

Kyle was amazing, I drove him crazy with questions and changing dates of installing. He was very nice , professional. The floors look amazing the effort they put in shows.

Excellent company to deal with.
