Kyle Lampi Contracting

Great job by Kyle and his team. Kyle got back to me quickly with a reasonable estimate and started work the next week. His craftsman did a great job, completed work in two days and left the work area clean. Will definitely use him again for other projects.

Kyle Lampi is the best contractor I have ever hired. He took control of the entire job from start to finish. He made sure I was happy the entire time. I chose Kyle Lampi Contracting because of the excellent reviews. Also I seen some 1 or 2 crazy people out there. I know for a fact you canâ t please everyone. Some people are never happy. I canâ t tell you this from experience no matter what kind of job you do. I know kyle Lampi is a stand up guy. He will always do the right thing , make things right. You will never find a better contractor or person in your life. Kyle is the best. Hands down !!

BEWARE! I hired Kyle Lampi Contracting to do a few projects at my house: front and back walkway, window, and to install an above ground pool. He told me he would have all of his guys here the following week to get the job done in a few days. The walkway and window got done- after multiple phone calls asking when they were going to show up (four weeks later). The job took longer than I was told it would take. They left garbage and debris on my driveway. After a week and a half from completing the walkway, he sent ONE poor guy to pick up all of the broken cement chunks left at the end of my driveway. I then had to keep calling about my window? which was done two weeks later. The pool, however, never got done. Kyle had me spend $1,000 on a new pool liner and chemicals (and almost additional money for sand), to back out last minute and tell me he couldn't install the pool. He had his pool guy call me to tell me he was confident he can install the pool since he owned a pool company in the past. Multiple phone calls and text messages telling me they were coming ?early morning tomorrow morning? to install my pool. A month and a half later, after being very stressed from trying to manage THEIR schedule, I was told he could not do it. Please save your time and money. Dealing with this guy is only going to give you stress and lots of headaches. Very unprofessional to say the least. He could have told me he couldn't do it- simple, but decided to waste my time AND money. I would never refer him out to anyone for simply being unprofessional and his lack of consideration.

Kyle was very professional and was on time. I needed my tub and shower refinished. Kyle was reasonably with the price of the job. Kenny and Gary were very professional and they all made sure I was happy with the work I got done. They cleaned up everything and took the garbage with them. They did an excellent job and I will definitely call the company again when I need work.

Kyle Lampi Contracting worked wonders on my old ordinary brick chimney. Kyle pointed the joints on the brick first and then applied the German smear method to white wash my entire chimney giving it a completely different modern look. Kyle was excellent. His prices were fair and the work was amazing. I referred him to all my friends and family. If you want quality work for decent prices call kyle.

Kyle Lampi Contracting did my roof. They offer a life time warranty with all new shingle roofs. They were very neat and clean.

Kyle Lampi re modeled my 25 year old outdated bathroom. After Kyle Lampi Contracting finished the job he made my bathroom look new for a very reasonable price. All the work was done with excellent workmanship. His crew got the bathroom done in the time frame he had promised me. I love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Kyle Lampi Contracting. I am going to hire them to renovate my other bathroom as soon as possible.

Kyle Lampi and his workers did a fantastic job. Kyle built a brand new deck for us and stained it. He also built a retaining wall for us. Kyle Lampi has master carpenters , masons, as well as painters all on his staff. Kyle Lampi Contracting is a one stop shop. I already decided to hire Kyle for another project I need done at my home.

Kyle Lampi Contracting finished my entire kitchen and the prices were very reasonable. Excellent workmanship! I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I was in the market for new cabinets. Kyle Lampi had done some painting work in the past for me and had told me he could refinish and paint my old cabinets and make them look new for a fraction of the cost of brand new cabinets. After he finish painting my cabinets they looked so good you would never know they were not new. Kyles recommendation to change up my hardware and replace my knobs really topped off the job. After he installed all new brushed nickel handles and painting the entire kitchen cabinets white it looked like I had a new updated kitchen. Then I hired him to install a new custom backsplash in the kitchen which matches the new white paint. After Kyle Lampi and his crew were done with their work in my house it looked like a million bucks. I would hire Kyle Lampi and only Kyle Lampi Contracting to do all of my work. He was a true professional.

I hired Kyle Lampi and his crew to install a new patio for me at my home. Kyle was a blessing from god. He was very honest and his input had great influence on my decision making with what product to use. He saved me a lot of money. His prices were great and the quality of work was five star out of five star. I highly recommend him to all.

Very professional. The quality of work was excellent. The workers were very neat, clean , and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done at their home. Kyle Lampi provides top notch service and his prices are very reasonable. I have already hired them for a second job that I need done.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. Never finished the job. Damaged at least 5 of 8 doors and door frames when putting doors back up. Did Not sand all the walls as stated in contract. Scratched wood floors moving furniture. Paint on furniture. I could go on as every time I walk into a room now, I find something wrong. I am more than happy to share photos if you d like confirmation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We are having to save up to hire someone else to come in and fix damage and finish the job. My husband and I were trying to fix the house up to sell and I told Kyle that. You d think one would do their finest work. We trusted this person and he ripped us off! I see someone else got taken by this guy; don t let it happen to you. May have to think twice about this site if they let contractors like him continue to get work through here. Would have given 0 stars but survey makes you put something in.

Far from professional work

I originally hired his company to paint my entire house, inside. His quote was extremely reasonable for such a large job. After talking to him about my visions he also was able to refinish my kitchen cabinets, provide new counter tops, lay flooring, power wash the outside of my house as well as cut limbs that we hanging on my roof and capping a chimney and some steam pipes. All were reasonably priced and the finish product is my twenty- something year old house looks like new! All his workers were courteous and accommodating and I felt comfortable leaving them while I went to work. I trusted his input and suggestions and he was a pleasure to do business with- I would highly recommend him and his crew!

Kyle and his team, Lee, Ricky, and Walter couldn't have been more professional. Their work was excellent and I am a picky customer. They were very nice to work with and easy to have in my home. They did not make a mess and kept things clean and orderly. The price for their work was very fair. I have already booked them for a second job and would highly recommend Kyle Lampi Contracting.

Kyle is professional and good with people! He does clean and neat work.
