The employee was nice, worked hard, and did a great job. Overall very happy but could improve on communication. To my surprise, the employee arrived a week early than the scheduled project date but luckily I had already purchased the tiles and had family home so he was able to start the job. I would use them again.

Very quick job and professional service. Price of job was supposed to include grout ect, and I was to go pick out grout. Picked out stain resistant grout and then was charged extra. Good work but had to dispose the construction trash, old flooring ourselves. Also, Chris never came by to check on the project, just mailed him a check in the mail. He and his wife kept saying that the price was quite a deal but it actually worked out to $7.99 a square foot.
Response from Kyle Tile
"This customer was very difficult to work with. They had a detailed tile job which inquired lots of cuts and patterns. They basically wanted it for free. I dont know anyone that works for free. I am very honest with my price and what I'll be doing on the job. No hidden cost with our company!! Found them diffucult to talk to."
