I had a leak in my main septic line coming into my house. Kyle and his men came when committed, dealt with a few surprises and fixed the problem. They were expensive but it was worth it. I plan on using them again next month .

Drain clog turned into major plumbing redo. Still not sure it was all necessary but it's done. My biggest problem with all of it is the disgusting mess they left behind. They did not even try to clean up after themselves. When locating the clog and plumbing they randomly hammered holes all over my downstairs bathroom, bedroom and hallway ceilings and walls and left the holes all ragged as they were hammered. They got wet plaster and waste all over the walls and carpet. The only thing Kyle said was if it makes you feel better we also do drywall because I'm a general contractor. Um, no thank you. I am not paying more money to fix your mess. I am still so livid. Very unprofessional.

It was a pleasure working with Kyle and Steve at Kyle's Home Improvement. Communication and service was A+. I'm looking forward to working with them again for additional home projects.

Kyle was great he came to our house to fix a leak In the ceiling that involved a lot of work on old cast iorn popping. Kyle worked efficiently and professionally to remove our old pipes fix the issue and put In new pvc piping. He came quick and prepared and worked untill the job was complete. He finnished cleaned his work space and assured us if any issue arises he would be back to fix no issue. I highly recommend Kyle for any plumbing issues!

Most say they will be on time snot not show up on time. Kyle not only showed up but was early and profesdional

Kyle is a real professional. He was here for minutes before he identified the problem and the solution. He's extremely easy to work with, and treats his work with integrity, which can be hard to find, especially as a young woman living alone. Definitely recommend.
