Ductless Mini-split A/C - Install or Replace
Rhett and his team took the time to assess and recommend options for our space. Ultimately we decided on a Mitsubishi mini-spilt system on his recommendation. Hunter our installation tech was very knowledgeable and meticulous. He worked very quickly and left the space very clean.

When our heat went out (on the coldest night of the season so far) my husband reached out to these guys. They came out within the hour and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankfully it was an “easy” fix. The guys (Noah and Brett) were great and explained what was needed. The part was picked up and fixed by early afternoon. I’m so thankful for their quick response and service!

We contracted with L3HVAC to install a mini-split system in a 3-season room. Rhett and his team took the time to really plan the best solution for our space. Hunter was our Tech and was incredibly meticulous and worked cleanly. Rhett spent a lot of time during our decision-making process to answer questions, get product information (even on his off time over a weekend).
Rhett and his team are great at what they do, and even better people. 10/10 all the way around.

Got my A/C unit replaced as the old one was 15 year old. Rhett and Nova from L3 HVAC did a very good job in installing and were very professional. I feel like they gave me a fair price. It has been onlt a day but new A/C seems to be working fine.

Great experience all around! We used L3 to install our new Carrier HVAC system. Rhett was very helpful with everything! Not only was he great with explaining options and helping us decide on the best one for our house and our needs, but he was very responsive and accommodating through the whole process. Very quick turnaround to installation and great value for the price, job, and service! Quality job and personable service through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Our AC recently went out and Rhett was the only contractor who was willing to move around his schedule to accommodate us. Within 1 week we were up and running again. He and Jason were so professional and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed talking to them. After they finished the job, you would never have known they were there. Left the area cleaner than it probably was before they came!! Absolutely recommend them and wish them well with their company. Thanks guys!!!

Rhett came out and did a thorough evaluation of all components of our heat pumps. He found wiring that had been connected incorrectly, as well as wiring that was never connected, which was causing our heat to blow cold air (thus defeating the purpose of having the heat on!) He rewired two of the units and added Freon to one that was low, and the heat has been working perfectly since. Rhett is easy to reach, honest, personable, thorough, and makes sure you understand what is going on and the work he is going to do to fix the problem. His pricing is fair, and he gets the job done right.

The owner was personable and very timely when he came out, He checked everything out. When he discovered the problem, he clearly explained the problem, why it happened, and what needed to be done. He also gave us the name of an electrician he had used himself to call for the needed electrical work necessary to complete the repairs.

We had multiple companies come out over the last 2 years and they kept telling us different costly solutions. This company came in extremely knowledgeable and fixed our A/C that just was not cooling like it was supposed to. They were efficient , respectful, and wonderful! I will not use anyone else next time we have an issue.
