Najeeb did an excellent job! He explained to me what needed to be done and was honest about the scope of the repairs. When I had questions, he answered them to my satisfaction always explaining why his work was going to be the best plan for a long term solution. Pricing was very fair. I will definitely contact Najeeb first when I start on my next Siding repair.

The problem turned out to be much worse than we realized. A pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink had been leaking. It damaged not only the siding, but had begun to rot the wood in the foundation too. L47 knew did a fantastic job repairing it. They also pointed out and repaired a problem with our facia board trim that would eventually have caused our siding to rot all the way around the house. So very happy we picked them to do our siding repair. And we plan to call them back for all our other projects.

This is a fabulous company! The crew was very professional and friendly. We definitely plan to untilize their skills on more extensive projects. Very polite workers. They scheduled an arrival time and showed up on time. 2-story Fascia repair and "dangling" gutter reattachment actions were excellent, and, was performed safely and quickly. Job debris was cleaned up, and, over and above the job requirements they cleaned the gutter for me. Finally, they summarized the work they did and what actions were performed to correct my Fascia/gutter issues. Excellent company and workers.
