Although he never got the referral from HomeAdvisor and thus, didn't call me, he came right over when I called him. Really nice guy and very diligent although he was not able to fix our dishwasher due to complications. He made multiple trips and multiple parts acquisitions but we ended up buying a new dishwasher.

Lloyd was very professional and diagnosed the issues with my mom's 18 y/o range quickly. Gave us a price for parts/labor repair and then came in $5 under that. We'll definitely contact him again when an issue like this comes up.

"Lloyd" did not even pull my refrigerator away from the wall. Did his diagnosis with out touching my refrigerator and when I bulked at the $125. price to allegedly repair my sporadic small leak, he walked away with $40. for a 10 minute visit. I felt cheated.

He responded quickly to my request, and was able to come over early before the scheduled appointment. He aloud me to clean-up behind the machine before he put it back. He told me to let him know if anything goes wrong with the machine once he is gone. He was very professional and polite, did an excellent job, very happy with the results, and I highly recommend him to all.
