L. A. Cleaning and Restoration is so much more than just cleaning. Yes, they did a great job deep cleaning for a rental property I own. I also found out they can do restoration, and Linda has a crew that can do most anything. So, I then hired her company to paint the apartment, renovate a bathroom, including replacing two ceilings, fix the plumbing and update some needed electrical work. Everyone on her team is professional, licensed insured and bonded. She has overseen the project every step of the way, on schedule, on time and on budget. I can't say enough about her and her company! I am so lucky I found her through Angi, and will be using them again and again.

This homeowner is living in harmful conditions for herself and her children. She is trying to adopt another child, child welfare will not let her do so with her current living conditions. She hired me to help her, I took a few hours to explain what needed to be done & took a nonrefundable deposit, letting her know this beforehand. She scheduled the work. Three days later canceled and wanted her deposit back. I told her I was willing to put it towards other work, and she agreed and now she is giving me a bad rating.
