L.A.D.S. Restoration Western Division

I work for a property management company and have used them about 10 times in the last two months. I have never been so impressed with a remediation company in the 5 years that I’ve been in property management. I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They came in and quickly identified the problem. They presented me with options and explained, in detail, what the issues were. Outstanding work fixing the issue i had in the attic. Would rate higher if possible.

L.A.D.S / Danielle was wonderful to work with. She was responsive to my emails, texts, calls, questions —- and repeated questions! Equal to that was the stellar cleaning that she and her team did for our home. I had experienced severe allergies from exposure to mold in our floor where the water heater leaked as well as dispatching and sanitizing rodent remain She gave solid advice in very important related questions (which was validated by professions) such as the HVAC system, continued healing from mold exposure with a licensed medical professional and no stone was left unturned. Amazing attention and recall to details of manufactured home! Danielle’s committed team of GENTLE MEN were not only gentle with my husband’s lifelong hobby collection of delicate breakables, but they treated our home/belongings with deep care and respect, like it was their own home; Dean and I are so very appreciative of that and everything they did for us.

LADS helped cleanup a water issue in my condo. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and they were also very efficient. Would absolutely recommend them.

Great to work with! Prompt, efficient and very professional. It was great to have a company exceed expectations

they were prompt, courteous and efficient! really an easy process. i highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Called came next day, gave estimate and started work. Coordinated with an insulation company and work was completed in two days. Highly recommend this company for any mold remediation you have. Work was done right, fast, and reasonable cost. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The owners were amazing people. They take pride in their business! The communication was always clear and open!

They did a wonderful job, I definitely recommend ?

Our finished rec room was flooded. We did not know anything about water damage, mold or remediation methods, but Danielle definitely does and took the time to explain everything. She and her team were very collaborative and creative in decisions we needed to make about walls, doors, doorframes and custom cabinetry. Her team was very professional, careful as they dissembled and moved things including baseboard heaters, cabinets and a very heavy pot bellied stove. They dried the rooms thoroughly, sanitized them and left the spotless. I highly recommend this company.

L.A.D.S. Were recommended to us through a friend. We had sewer back up in our basement. They came same day we called and began working the next day to stop the damage of the water. They were professional, efficient and fairly priced. Communication was excellent . Would highly recommend.

Danielle and Chris did a wonderful job in our basement after 12 inches of water and sewer. They had to gut our entire finished basement and get rid of the mold and smell. We were very happy with their hard work and kindness. Hopefully you will never have this problem again, but if you do LADS is the company you want to hire.

We truly could not have gotten our rental property ready to sell without Danielle and her crew. They stepped up in a big way and helped us through an overwhelming situation after one rough winter caused all the pipes to freeze and burst. On top of that, we had to deal with mold and a whole list of unexpected repairs. They handled everything ? plumbing issues, cleanup, coordination, and all the behind-the-scenes work that nobody ever wants to do. They were hands-on, reliable, and constantly going above and beyond to make sure the job got done right. What really stood out was how kind and easy they were to work with. They treated the place like it was their own and treated us like family. Thanks to their help, we were able to get everything fixed up and sold without completely losing our minds. We are seriously so grateful for them. If you ever have a chance to work with Danielle, take it ? you will not regret it.

L.A.D.S. employees are very professional and conduct an ethical, compassionate and caring service. They follow industry standards for effective removal of mold, placing the customers personal health first and foremost. They communicate well and remain in contact post-remediation to make sure everything has been addressed or needs follow-up. They are very efficient in addressing concerns or requests on our behalf for additional information or documentation. They are thorough in educating customers on reasons for mold remediation and next steps.

Everyone was so incredibly great! From the time we called for assistance to the moment they finished their work! Danielle stayed calm while she explained everything that needed to be done, she kept me calm and assured me they would be there soon. When the team arrived, they explained everything they were going to do. They worked very hard, carefully and efficiently. They came back to check on things multiple times and communicated everything with us! I would recommend LADS to everyone because if their professionalism, work ethic, communication, their commitment to their customers and willingness to give back to others! Thank you LADS for all your hard work and a job very well done!

Highly recommend. Our basement flooded shortly after we got an offer on our house last year. It was horrific. But LADS came to the rescue the day of - everyone else we called wouldn't come out for another day or two. They are professionals - they know what they're doing. Kept us informed throughout the entire process and were engaged with the buyers as well. This was important to ensure the sale still went through. And it did. They even bought us a housewarming gift after we moved which just goes to show their appreciation for their customers.

Chris & Danielle came with their crew and cleaned the mold in the attic. They also cleaned all the windows and sealed them. Everything looks nice and clean, and they always kept us informed on everything they were doing. They gave us an estimate and even charged less than anticipated! Would highly recommend them for mold removal and clean up.

Danielle and her team helped us so much! We were new home owners and ran into a very large black mold problem that presented at different times. She ended up coming out to our house 3-4 times with each mitigation area requiring 1-2 visits. Her response time was excellent and ability to come out in a timely manner was great. I would definitely recommend danielle and her team!

Danielle and her husband were the best! So was the crew they brought with. My brother just had a lung transplant and they cleaned and treated the mold in the house and garage. They went above and beyond! They were honest and upfront with costs and what needed to be removed for safety. I feel confident that my brother can come home to a mold free house. They even got my brother a pillow with a picture of his dog, so he could have him at the hospital with him. They have also checked in on how my brother's recovering. I'm grateful I found such a family oriented company to work with. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I know they are just a phone call away and I will be recommending them! Thank you Danielle and crew!

Chris and Danielle were very professional! They did a great job with the mold cleanup in our house! Highly recommend L.A.D.S Western Division!

Highly recommend! Easy to work with and very thorough! LADS exceeded our expectations.

1 inch of water had gotten into my basement. Water removal , drying with the dehumidifier and fans, and mold removal of products was done. Work was done in a timely manner and I was updated throughout the process. Moldy and damaged material was removed and clean up was done by them. Their work was very efficient and no time wasted. I was very pleased with the results and felt the problem was resolved nicely. I would highly recommend them . Also, very pleasant people to work with.
