About us
Hi there! We are Chris and Danielle Polanco, the owners of L.A.D.S. Western Division. We are a husband and wife duo with a great team who service the entire Western half of WI. We provide services along many scopes of restoration, including water mitigation, mold removal, fire mitigation, hoarding/biohazard clean up, and trauma/crime scene clean up. Along with our affiliates in the Eastern Division, we have over a decade of combined experience in the restoration/construction industry, including insurance adjusting. Our business is faith-based with a strong foundation in our morals; based on integrity, honesty, commitment and compassion. Each job, big or small, is important to us. L.A.D.S. stands for Life After Disaster Strikes. When the unexpected happens in your home or business, it can be a roller coaster of emotions for all involved. We want to be there for you to help take some of that extra weight off your shoulders. We go above and beyond to make sure you can go back to living a safe and healthy life, with the least amount of stress possible. We are here to be different and make a change in this industry. We have no added taxes and fees (emergency/after hours), and we don't use scare tactics or price gouge. We are fully trained with the IICRC & OSHA. You're not just a number to us...We care about YOU!

I work for a property management company and have used them about 10 times in the last two months. I have never been so impressed with a remediation company in the 5 years that I’ve been in property management. I cannot recommend them enough.

L.A.D.S / Danielle was wonderful to work with. She was responsive to my emails, texts, calls, questions —- and repeated questions! Equal to that was the stellar cleaning that she and her team did for our home. I had experienced severe allergies from exposure to mold in our floor where the water heater leaked as well as dispatching and sanitizing rodent remain She gave solid advice in very important related questions (which was validated by professions) such as the HVAC system, continued healing from mold exposure with a licensed medical professional and no stone was left unturned. Amazing attention and recall to details of manufactured home! Danielle’s committed team of GENTLE MEN were not only gentle with my husband’s lifelong hobby collection of delicate breakables, but they treated our home/belongings with deep care and respect, like it was their own home; Dean and I are so very appreciative of that and everything they did for us.

Our finished rec room was flooded. We did not know anything about water damage, mold or remediation methods, but Danielle definitely does and took the time to explain everything. She and her team were very collaborative and creative in decisions we needed to make about walls, doors, doorframes and custom cabinetry. Her team was very professional, careful as they dissembled and moved things including baseboard heaters, cabinets and a very heavy pot bellied stove. They dried the rooms thoroughly, sanitized them and left the spotless. I highly recommend this company.

Danielle and Chris did a wonderful job in our basement after 12 inches of water and sewer. They had to gut our entire finished basement and get rid of the mold and smell. We were very happy with their hard work and kindness. Hopefully you will never have this problem again, but if you do LADS is the company you want to hire.

We truly could not have gotten our rental property ready to sell without Danielle and her crew. They stepped up in a big way and helped us through an overwhelming situation after one rough winter caused all the pipes to freeze and burst. On top of that, we had to deal with mold and a whole list of unexpected repairs.
They handled everything ? plumbing issues, cleanup, coordination, and all the behind-the-scenes work that nobody ever wants to do. They were hands-on, reliable, and constantly going above and beyond to make sure the job got done right.
What really stood out was how kind and easy they were to work with. They treated the place like it was their own and treated us like family. Thanks to their help, we were able to get everything fixed up and sold without completely losing our minds.

Everyone was so incredibly great! From the time we called for assistance to the moment they finished their work! Danielle stayed calm while she explained everything that needed to be done, she kept me calm and assured me they would be there soon. Highly recommend. Our basement flooded shortly after we got an offer on our house last year. It was horrific. But LADS came to the rescue the day of - everyone else we called wouldn't come out for another day or two.
They are professionals - they know what they're doing. Kept us informed throughout the entire process and were engaged with the buyers as well. This was important to ensure the sale still went through. And it did. They even bought us a housewarming gift after we moved which just goes to show their appreciation for their customers.

Chris & Danielle came with their crew and cleaned the mold in the attic. They also cleaned all the windows and sealed them. Everything looks nice and clean, and they always kept us informed on everything they were doing. They gave us an estimate and even charged less than anticipated! Danielle and her team helped us so much! We were new home owners and ran into a very large black mold problem that presented at different times. She ended up coming out to our house 3-4 times with each mitigation area requiring 1-2 visits. Her response time was excellent and ability to come out in a timely manner was great. Danielle and her husband were the best! So was the crew they brought with. My brother just had a lung transplant and they cleaned and treated the mold in the house and garage. They went above and beyond! They were honest and upfront with costs and what needed to be removed for safety. I feel confident that my brother can come home to a mold free house. They even got my brother a pillow with a picture of his dog, so he could have him at the hospital with him. They have also checked in on how my brother's recovering. I'm grateful I found such a family oriented company to work with. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I know they are just a phone call away and I will be recommending them!
