Very responsive but high priced. I paid $450 labor to install a water heater. It took about 90 minutes. The labor cost more than the heater.

They are very honest and trustworthy. I think they deserve 10 STARS. They came out and reviewed the job and noted that the repair was minor and they did it on the spot without charge. I was dumbfounded and at the same time appreciative. No one has ever done that for me before. Will definitely use and recommend them for all my plumbing work. Ernie contacted me within the hour of placing my request. First trip the leak was fixed. A few days later, the leak returned but not his fault. He returned providing service at no charge minus supplies (which were priced fairly) and fixed the leak. I've had no problems going forward. He's the best and will plan on using him in the future.

Adrian called me back when Brooks Plumbing didn't. He worked on a Saturday to take care of my problem. He was professional but friendly. I'll definitely be using Eagle Plumbing again; however, I'd never recommend Brooks Plumbing. Apparently John's idea of good customer service is "blowing smoke up your skirt."

Will always recommend them to anyone asking if I know of a good plumber. I have addional plumbing work scheduled and will definately call them.
