I would hire Luis at LA Flooring again without any doubt. Luis was always on time, had great communication throughout the job and he actually finished a day early than projected. This is all rare with contractors, but it was refreshing to see a contractor respect my time. His work is top notch and completely transformed our basement. I would highly recommend LA Flooring

Luis was extremely professional and focused on doing a beautiful job . My concrete floor was buckled and uneven from water pressure damage . He first self leveled the floor making sure it first was level as a foundation for the new laminate engineered floor . He expertly applied hi grade compound to a smooth and level finish . Once dried he then installed the floor . He was amazing in that he expertly made his cuts with precision results . Additionally we asked to have it done diagonally ( more difficult ) and again we couldn t believe the results . He has a knack and skill in making his cuts perfectly including circular , angles etc . He also did the finished trim and baseboard in oak . Needless to say the results were stunning . This job was not all that small either (900 square feet ). In close Luis is highly recommended . You will not regret it , Ps he has many of his past jobs in digital format photos , he will provide these to you so you can first hand his superb workmanship .

Luis was prompt and curtious. He called when he said he would and and showed up on time kept the work area clean and took all garbage away at end of job . He did a fantastic job installing vinyl flooring I will not hesitate to use him again for anymore flooring projects. He is also fast at what he does,no dilly dalling around.

He installed my flooring in 2 days. He had a great personality and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a peace of mind when getting new flooring.
