LAH Construction, LLC

Just moved into a new home and needed a few things done. Sonny gave me a great price to remove some small trees and build a fence. I thought he was exaggerating when he said the fence would be up before lunch time. My dogs were enjoying the yard by 12:30. The fence looks great and my new neighbors have already been asking who build such a great looking fence so fast and how to get in touch with him.

Sonny did an amazing job on our bathroom. Looks great! Will definitely call LAH for future projects.

I did hire LAH Construction,The professionals at LAH Construction are patient with my requests and easy to communicate with. We made adjustments to the original design after speaking brainstorming with Mr. Hatzel in person while looking at the work area and the the completed work turned out even better than I had expected when planning the original design. The company is very professional and knows the trade. The quality of work was excellent and we would definitely use the services again in the future. We could tell LAH Construction worked hard and cared about the customer they work for.

I highly recommend LAH Construction

Needed an ADA compliant toilet purchased and installed. Sonny called promptly and gave the price over the phone. He was able to do the work the next day. He was running late and called me. This was great, since so many companies don't bother. Sonny was very professional and did an excellent job.

Do not ever hire this contractor! We first met with Sonny in January, hired him in February, and he was supposed to start in early March. After pushing back the start date twice to late March, we finally had to fire him in mid-June for a project he told us would take "2-3 weeks tops". He does the work himself and does not have a regular crew of subs, so you will have to wait until he can find someone to do what he can't/doesn't want to do. Don't be surprised if you think he is coming and then he doesn't respond to your calls/emails/texts for a week at a time. He can't do a lot of things on a project he says he can do (cabinetry for one).

The work was done perfectly

I would recommend this contractor.

very helpful!

LAH built a very fine fence. It' s the envy of the neighborhood.

i had small dry wall project and few other small projects as part of the visit, Sunny is really knowledgeble and delivered quality repair.he had all the time to repair to the perfection. I would recommend him to friends..

Outstanding framing job for my Master Bedroom over Garage addition! Very efficient and proficient carpentry, with outstanding supervision and coordination by Sonny. Highly recommended due to comprehensive knowledge of all phases of construction~

We hired LAH Construction and worked mainly with Sonny to remodel an almost 100 year old bathroom. He was flexible and we trusted the quality of his work. Sonny was personally invested in the work and treated it as though he were working on his own home. Our biggest factors were value, trust, and quality and he exceeded our expectations on all. Since this project, we have also used him for other projects around our house and referred him to a friend, who hired him as well. We highly recommend you hire him as well!

Sonny and his crew were an absolute joy to work with. They were friendly, punctuational and hard working. I was so impressed with their can do attitude that I contracted out a few other projects that I wanted to get done. They even took the time to follow up once the work was done to address a few minor issues that were missed during the final punch list process. Now finally my wife and I have our completed finished basement. :) I would highly recommend LAH and plan on using them again once the need arises.
