We hired LA Home Construction to overhaul our backyard in the summer of 2022 and wanted to wait a year before leaving my review. I can confidently say that the quality of their work is excellent and absolutely holds up over time. We had our grass lawn completely removed, and had pavers, Trex, and turf installed. They also fixed our severe lack of drainage and properly graded everything so nothing would pool by the house or the middle of the yard. The drainage they installed works exactly as expected, our house & crawl space have zero leaks and there's no longer water pooling in our yard like before. The paver work they did looks phenomenal and has held up great. The Trex deck is gorgeous and sturdy, we use it everyday and love entertaining on it. The pricing was competitive as we got 5-6 quotes for the job, they stayed on schedule with some changes given change orders we wanted part-way through, and most of their team does excellent work. Would hire again, we have many projects still!

These guys did a terrific job on 3 luxury bathrooms and kitchen. LA Home Construction were reliable all throughout 2 year remodel. Our home is in the Hollywood Hills and LA Home construction tiled our outdoor patios creating stylish outdoor spaces. Many of the walls of our house are not plumb. Carmelo was brilliant at dealing with the uneven surfaces and we absolutely love the results.

LA Home Construction completed our full remodel late 2021. They obtained all the permits within the first 3 weeks and completed the work in around 4 months. Miron and his team were very professional and courteous. We had several additions during the project and they were all negotiated very quickly and fairly. We are very happy in our new home and it's largely thanks to LA Home Construction - thanks!

Miron and his team were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing all of the exterior wood within our townhouse complex. The developer ended up using the wrong sealant when they finished the construction, and LAHC had to painstakingly grind off the old finish before applying the new one. The team was neat and tidy, and were extremely friendly and accomodating to the residents who occasionally had to ask them to move scaffolding or vehicles out of the way. I strongly recommend LAHC.

I purchased my new home without a shower door and needed a custom shower door installed. LA Home Construction & Team were incredible from beginning to end. The owner was very detailed and thorough with his follow-up even as I had not been as responsive due to my being busy. He knew this was important to me and my home and ensured he provided prompt and accurate information to me the first time. He was courteous enough to come out for a complimentary consultation and kept me updated every step of the way. Even after the job had been done, he followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work done. Miron,Walter and their crew did an amazing job at our Trek deck replacement. We first thought that the job would be simple - just involving the replacement of our redwood desk with beautiful Trek materials - but it turned out the entire structure of our deck needed to be re-enforced. Posts supporting the roof needed to be replaced with the addition of concrete supports. Even with all the additional work the project went extremely smooth and the team was responsive and reliable. I also want to mention that Miron is great at getting back to my questions - so communication was outstanding. We are so happy with the end result and would highly recommend LAHome Construction.

We had a great experience working with Miron and LA Home Construction. We had about 1800 square feet of pavers put in on our driveway and are very satisfied with the end result. Miron was responsive throughout the entire process, always answering our questions and providing support as we navigated a project that had unexpected complexities. There were some minor issues that Miron happily worked out in a very timely manner. For instance, when the slope did not allow for water to drain appropriately, Miron and the crew were back the following day and it was fixed within just a couple hours. In addition, a delivery truck from a different company drove on the pavers (despite being blocked off with caution tape) before being sealed and so Miron had the pavers cleaned right away in order to make sure that the sealing process was completed correctly. The main crew consisted of three guys who were extremely professional, nice, and hard-working. They were always friendly when I asked questions and they did a great job. We will certainly work with this company again for future home projects. Thank you!

Kitchen Remodel

Kitchen Remodel
I recently moved into a new home and wanted to have a kitchen island installed. After talking to several different contractors, we decided to go with Miron and LA Home construction. This was my first time doing anything like this and Miron walked me through the entire process. He and his team did an amazing job and Miron was always super responsive. We called Miron and his team to do some work for us on the exterior and interior of the home. They came out promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. They started work quickly and we were happy to add several other little projects right after each was completed. Cesar and his dad and his other team members worked well and were very friendly and polite. Only issues we had were sometimes delays in completion, some issues with the finishes of the work, and clean up at the end. Overall tho great guys and great team!

Miron came out to give us a quote right away on our backyard deck extension, and it was extremely competitive. His crew of Ismael and Hugo were craftsman as they matched the lines of the new deck with the existing deck, and provided cut-outs for a couple of mature plants that were incorporated in the design. The guys were here early every day and were respectful and conscientious. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and the finished product gives us a lot of usable space in our back yard. Could not be happier!

Kitchen Remodel
They did an absolutely terrific job tiling our Hollywood hills home. The house is almost 100 years old and all its walls are out of alignment. LA Home construction did a brilliant job not only tiling, but also disguising the problems of an old construction. I have worked with a lot of Tilers and Carmello is absolutely one of the BEST. Miron was very good about keeping me posted. All the work was timely, including when LA Home Construction had to make up for mistakes our plumber made. I recommend them very highly.

Bathroom Remodel
Miron and his team did an excellent job with a complete renovation of two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Friendly, timely, and professional. He was able to complete the work two weeks ahead of schedule. The condo hasn’t been updated since the 80s when it was built. Great job! I would definitely use his team for any other work in the future

Bathroom Remodel
I called Miron and LA Home Construction, back in November for renovating our 2 bathrooms and flooring. Miron was great and responsive to all questions and issues that came up. Our bathrooms turned out great, for our master we removed the bathtub and turned into a standing shower. Omar, his foreman, was great to work with and ensured everything was done right. There were a few issues with the smaller guest bathroom, but Miron resolved them to a decent level of satisfaction. Our floors turned out great as well and Freddie was great to work with.

Bathroom Remodel
As someone who works with a lot of contractors (first one in LA) this was not the best experience. The contractors did not clean up afterwards either. It was a simple bathroom remodel and drywall repair that took 4 months to complete. In the end the project was completed and looked nice.

"When I first came to look at the job site, it was started and was a demo by another contractor, and the place was very messy, before we even started the work, we also had the HOA which was super strict, not comfortable working with and also came a few times - confused my workers and even did some unnecessary demo which caused us delays, I did an extra mile with some free services (bringing materials for you - tiles, doors, etc,) and also discounted the price. with all the struggles we had there, I am very happy with the results, and as you mentioned, the project was completed and looked nice. thank you."

We hired LA Home Construction for 2 bathroom remodels. Miron including the rest of the crew were extremely reliable, knowledgeable and available at all hours. Very happy with the outcome. Only issue was that it took twice as long as quoted but as expected with remodels I suppose! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
