Write a ReviewLA Home Construction did a phenomenal job installing new vanities in my three bathrooms. They were professional, detailed, responsive, and reasonably priced. They took their time to do it the right way. I would highly recommend them for your next project!
Mirron and his team did an amazing work at my little project. Iâ ve always wanted to update the curb appeal of my house and LA Home Construction was the perfect contractor to do it. Respectful team and very efficient! Get a quote, you wonâ t regret it.
Erick , your project came out so nice! and glad to know you are happy with my work , thank you .
My condo turned out absolutely beautifully! Miron, David and team did such a great job. I ended up adding more and more as things progressed, but they were accommodating and always available to answer any questions. This was my first home purchase so I really needed guidance and patience and they gave me both. They also have contracts that I didn't really get from other contractors which is why I chose this group because I felt a lot more comfortable. I'm planning to remodel my bathroom later on and will use them again!
Thank you Koko ! , it was a great pleasure working with you , and cant wait to start the bathroom remodel.
After meeting with several contractors for estimates to reface the front of our condo complex, we found LA Home Construction through Thumbtack and decided to go with them for not only that project, but for an interior bathroom remodel as well. To say that Miron and David (our primary contacts) are nice to work with would be an understatement - I've literally never worked with more professional and responsive contractors. With COVID we were a bit nervous having people in our home but felt completely safe with their crew, who wore masks the entire time. They also stand by their work - checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy and they made sure to hold their subcontractors accountable as well. The honesty and attention to detail has been so refreshing - I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.
Thank you Michele!
I contacted Miron, the owner of LA HC from his ad in Malibu times. I had been looking for a reliable contractor to do a medium size job in my rental. The follow-through was exceptional. He was enthusiastic and accommodating. He came over three times, once with his sub-contractor named Able. He said that this is one of the many crews he works with. Able has his own group and he came to view the project to assist Miron in giving a bid. The ultimate bid included labor, plus materials at-cost with no markup, which is wonderful. In total, I had a wonderful experience with Miron. His sub was not without issues. BUT, Miron made sure he mitigated the problems, held the sub accountable, helped resolve issues. If you're looking for a contractor who's into the details, this is not your man. But if you need an honest contractor, which is rare, this is your guy. I do not suggest using his sub (Able) for anything more than basic stuff. He did a pretty bad job on my deck surface and was rude when questioned. Ultimately, no matter how they promised to fix it, there was no way. I had to get some credit from the contractor and pay for the difference. It's not recommended for anyone to use this sub for waterproofing work or attention to detail. Miron has other subs you can use. Also, although Able's crew were all nice people, you do need to supervise them closely. For example, when painting, they will skip steps and paint over stuff, so you have to point out what you want. If I complained to Miron, he corrected the issues. At the end of about 3 weeks, the carpet protection film was removed and the carpet was left sticky, which caused it to glue to dirt and turn dark. Miron hired a carpet cleaning expert who came and took care of it. This was after I paid him. So he did stand up to his promise.
Thank you Shary for your business, we always strive to do our best! I am happy I was able to get your project done. happy that the carpet is cleaned as well - I always make sure client property stays clean after the job is done. Looking forward to working with you soon again.
I hired LA Home Construction to replace a bathtub/shower insert with a newer, nicer one. Miron was my primary contact and he was quite responsive and helpful. David came out to give me the original estimate. He was professional and friendly. His walkthrough didn't take long. The original bid came shortly after and was well priced (I tend not to trust the lowest bidders). Omar (plus team, as needed) was my installer who did the actual work. Omar is great and I was incredibly pleased to work with him. He understood my desires and got the work done well. I never expect moderate to extreme construction work to go off without issues. So it is important that contractors stand by their work and ensure issues get resolved. In that aspect, LA Home Construction performed well. They checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was happy with the end result. We did run into an issue with a leaking pipe (the shower drain connection) that caused some drywall damage to the ceiling of my garage. While unfortunate, Miron and Omar responded quickly and fixed the issue at no cost to me (as should be expected). Their response was professional and apologetic - as I would expect. Even though it was expected, their eagerness and sincerity to solving the problem deserves praise. Over the course of the process - from bid to job complete - two points were non ideal. First, David had said that they could handle some minor tile work for no extra cost and it wound up being $200 instead. Second, the demolition work kicked up dust and debris everywhere because the worksite wasn't adequately prepared. The first issue was resolved by me paying $200 I didn't expect and the second by extra communication. So I recommend being upfront and thorough with expectations of work site cleanliness. Ultimately, ever aspect of the job that I voiced to be important was respected and handled. I don't think it is fair to expect jobs to go off without issues. I do expect contractors to stand by their promise of quality and LA Home Construction did.
Thank you, David, for your business! Our customer service is a top priority, and I am glad you are happy with the result!
Miron and David did a full re-paint of my guesthouse as well as added new copper gutters and downspouts. They were communicative and the work looks great.
Thank you, Giovanni! I am glad you are happy with our work. Looking forward to starting your next project soon.
Amazing follow up. Very good pricing. Creative solutions to a difficult job. Highly recommended.
A big thank you to Miron and everyone at LA Home Construction. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and did an amazing job for a fair price. Miron answered all of my questions and gave me complete confidence that I had made the right choice. They turned my rooftop patio into a space that my family and I love. Highly recommend.
