I work in Real Estate and I am always looking for help with projects either for my own residence or for my clients and I have found L.A. Home Fixers Construction Services to be very professional. I needed someone to build 2 retaining walls, they provided ideas which worked out perfect, they stayed within my budget and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work. I asked them back to help me with two gates, they painted and applied the finished wood to the metal frames and secured it and installed new gate latches. They helped me install grass and custom stepping stones in front of the house which looks wonderful. Very happy with their work, they work very well together to get the job done within tight timeframes. These guys have been a life saver for me, just knowing that I can call them to get the job done has made difficult situations easier to navigate. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of construction work light to complex. I will being using them for all my future projects!

Carmelo is a heluva nice guy. He works thru your ideas with you and comes up with a solution. His prices are reasonable, work is completed in a timely manner, has a pleasant crew and mess is cleaned up when done. As he does a variety of jobs, I'll be using him again in the new future. I cannot recommend him more highly.

We contacted Carmelo through Home Advisor to help with our major backyard drainage problem. Carmelo personally contacted me the next day and immediately arranged an in person estimate. He was extremely responsive and was right on time, immediately identifying how he could help. He gave us an estimate for the project that was over 65% lower than a local plumbers for the same work! Carmelo's men arrived early, worked hard and finished their work quickly. Carmelo inspected the work and billed exactly what he quoted. Honest, professional, and hard working, we will be doing business again.

It is great experience to hire this contractor to build the retaining wall and concrete slab in my backyard. He kept his word every time and workers did their job professionally and didn't bother anything to home owner. I compared the price with other estimates and I think I saved at least 20% of whole project. So, I let him do additional job in my back yard - ground excavation and putting the grass. I really appreciate to this contractor!
