Commercial Exterior Doors Installation or Replacement
Lake Builders did a remarkable job. Mark and Dan walked me through the entire project, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The actual work was performed exactly as explained, done remarkably well, and the place was left spic and span after they were done. We look forward to working with Lake Builders again soon.

Lake Builders is honest, fair and provides quality work!! I highly recommend them for any home repairs. They have replaced several windows, doors, fixed holes in dry wall, made a beautiful walkway, made a new shed, replace appliances, and replace flooring.

Garage Building Service
Mark and Dan Lake are two Army Veterans who did a magnificent job building our garage with secondary storage with upstairs storage for our newly constructed home. While on site they also completed a rear deck and front covered porch with the same example of excellent craftmanship. We plan to rehire Lake Builders spring 2022 for further work on our new home. We highly recommend Lake Builders for your home remodeling projects.

Very poor experience with Lake Builders, LLC. I would not recommend hiring them. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and do not have effective communication strategies. Only after our project was set to be completed did Mark disclose that he was having difficulty getting materials. He noted all of this was due to COVID-19. However, his lack of professionalism, delays in communication, and the overall quality of his work, to us, were not due to COVID-19. The problem was not just the inability to get the materials, it was the fact that he never disclosed he was having issues purchasing materials and that we had to repeatedly chase him down for updates and answers.

"This is the review of a customer who tried to set time limits on things no one can control at the moment, and then demanded I adjust my invoice when she chose to terminate the contract, accusing me of inflating my hours, and doubling material prices. Well, I showed her the receipts, and I have the time cards. I only charged 67% of my hours (basically giving her my personal labor at 50%) and charged 40% of the equipment rental cost, all because I understood her disappointment. Had she continued with the project, the price and payment schedule would stayed the same as agreed. I offered her FOUR options for fencing that would have kept her p..."
