They first came in and stated to contain the water to the bathroom. One of the workers asked to use the other bathroom. At this time the plumbers has already cleaned out the pipes. We also him not to flush, but he did not once but twice. The clean water started to flow out in to the family room. After extending the containment field this is when they had us sign for the work to be done. One of the signes papers was that we would receive copies that day. No copies were given to us. Another page was 3 days to quit,but because we didn't have a copy and told that we couldn't stop them before the 3 days my house was already torn up. I wouldn't have let them continue until the insurance company agreed to pay. They had me cancel insurance inspection while they continued to destroy my house.. when I finally did get an insurance inspection they had torn apart things at the insurance company would not approve. They keep informing me that they needed to remove all the tile under the carpet , when in reality they didn't need to remove any carpet. We had high-end expensive Berber carpet in the whole family room and they replaced it with cheap already coming apart 6 months carpet. We were told we were going to get warranty information on this carpet and never received anything. We withhold paying them until we received the warranty on the carpet and since they didn't intend to give it to us they put a lien on that house. Again I would have never ever ever let them tear my house apart if I wasn't told I didn't have a choice. I was never given any paperwork and I asked for I was pushed to call insurance commission My house set unlivable for over 3 months before they even started putting it together. I had to live somewhere else or up to 6 months before it was even completed. They never showed up on time or didn't show up at all. And then they billed the insurance company for work that I did myself, putting it all back together. I'm warning people not to use them please. They will disrespect you and treat you like you work for them and they don't work for you.. You might find yourself in a legal battle and not have a place to live. I could say a lot more but I believe I made my point.

Very dependable on time and took care of everything with the insurance company directly
