We had turf put in by this company and could not say anything good about them. They did not respond when called to fix a problem until after we called the owner. Then when the turf started to fall apart after only a few years, we found out that the so called 15 year warranty is only good for 3 years! They even revealed that they got some defective turf from China and that it would be covered by the manufacturer. NOT true at all. Rusty would not respond after 11 voice mails and emails. We could have chosen ANY other company and had a better experience than L.A. Development, L.A. Lawn, L.A. Landscape or what other name they are going by now. We would have worked with them as far as the labor if they would just replace the defective turf. But they chose to ignore and take the money and run. I hope others really check out this company and their reviews before handing over hard earned money to someone who will not honor the workmanship and the warranty provided. We could not be more unhappy with their product, customer service or attention to detail and response. PLEASE CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!

Rusty designed and built us a beautiful backyard! Very creative! We always receive compliments. Outdoor kitchen, pergola, gorgeous turf, desert landscaping with many boulders and perfect lighting!

Do not hire them. They are slow to finish the job and have terrible customer service. Installed grass poorly and it has seams showing. They will not return calls and will not correct. Filed a complaint with ROC.

Rusty was very engaged and so easy to talk to at our initial meeting. Then absolutely no follow up from his company. We tried several times and left messages. No response. If they did not want to take on a bid for our project that is okay. Companies are so busy these days. Just wish we knew the reason for no follow up.

Great people and a great company. Would definitely recommend them to other.

Professional work

The quality of the products used were excellent. I had them install landscape lighting in the back and landscape the front yard. Everyone walking past during the landscaping committed on how beautiful everything was. The workmen were very professional. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out. I plan on hiring them again for front landscape lighting. This is a revised review. I had to call to let them know that 9 plants died in the excessive heat this summer. He does say he guarantees plants for a year. I have been emailing, texting, calling since July and he has not come out to replace plants yet. Twice I have been give day he'd come out and he was a no show each time.

The work was done very professionally with little impact to the family. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and implemented my vision for my project.

They are busy. A good sign. But, you may have to wait weeks before they can start.

The company listens to your ideas and concerns.

Casey was extremely helpful, a great communicator, and stands behind his word and his crews work. all the workmen were fantastic...very hard workers and friendly. It was a pleasure overall to work with this company and I would highly recommend using them. I had a paver walkway installed, with drainage added, and then gravel laid down. Will be using them again at new house I am moving to.

I hired this company because of the owner Rusty. He designed a backyard that is just BEAUTIFUL and just what I was hoping for, with pavers and artificial turf and a waterfall with nice flowers and palm and citrus trees. It was finished in less than 2 weeks. The crew was hard working and professional. Very satisfying experience. experience .
