Look no further!! I chose Lanz Drywall because of a positive review I read that was so detailed, it couldn't have been made up. I wanted to be sure that I was dealing with a professional, I cannot recommend Lanz Drywall enough for any dry wall project you may have. My wife and I recently went through a water remediation project and had to have several walls taken down. After receiving a quote from the company that removed our water damaged walls, we were shocked by the ridiculous cost they were charging for the replacement and painting of our walls. We decided to reach out to 2 more drywall companies for a second opinion and we are so glad we did. First drywall contractor got off his truck smoking a cigarette (asked me if I can wait till he was done smoking) Second drywall contractor (here comes Lanz drywall) made me feel so comfortable as soon as he arrived to my property. Victor presented him self, seemed professional and respectful (some one l'd let in my house) gave us an informative and professional quote that was almost half the cost of the other company. We were not only impressed by the price, but also by the additional services he offered for some cosmetic fixes around the house. Victor and his team were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that our project was completed to our satisfaction. One of the things that really stood out to us was the effort they put into reducing the amount of dust throughout the project. They were very considerate and took the time to protect our furniture and floors. When the project was finished, we were amazed at how clean everything was. Lanz Drywall truly exceeded our expectations. They did an amazing job with the drywall installation, smooth finish and painting. Our walls look flawless and our house feels like a home again. Victor and his team have a great eye for detail and take pride in their work. They were also very respectful of our time and space, which we greatly appreciated. The communication before, during and after the job was excellent. I work with a lot of contractors and this always seems to be their downfall. And his finished work was even better! I highly recommend Lanz drywall for your next drywall project!!

From the very beginning, Victor was incredibly easy to communicate with—always responsive, courteous, and highly professional. He was prompt in every aspect, from estimates to scheduling and follow-ups, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Another significant bonus is that he was very flexible and easy to collaborate with. He would make additional suggestions, some of which he would do at no charge and some of which he would very transparently provide estimates for. All elements were completely at the discretion of the customer, and I found that the interaction was very collaborative and free-flowing. There was no pressure to buy any of the elements that he bid on, and I was easily able to negotiate the scope of the contract. Victor and his crew truly went above and beyond on my garage drywall project. With very high ceilings and tricky areas to navigate, he tackled every challenge with skill and confidence. He even worked around and helped reroute electrical elements—something well beyond a typical drywall job. Not only that, but he finished everything with impeccable attention to detail, including texture matching and a Level 4 finish that made the final result look phenomenal. Billing was exactly what was expected, and there were no surprises either in the execution of the project or in the billing. It’s rare to find someone so customer-oriented who takes such pride in their work. He is very responsible and knows what he is doing. In addition to drywall he did other things also like cabinet work and plumbing. He and his workers are professional and the work is exceptional
