I have never worked with a contractor like Mike. He was reliable and easy to work with. Price was also very fair. His team did great quality work that was not rushed and went above and beyond, not to mention cleaned up after each workday. Weâ re really happy and would recommend LA One to anyone.

Shaq took my money. He wanted my money but didnt want to do the work. I was too trusting and taken advantage of. I paid $550 by check for nothing. I wouldnt recommend this contractor. He was supposed to fix a leak around my window by brick pointing and waterproofing. This was supposed to be a small and simple job. It wasnt, as soon as there was a heavy and steady rain the problem was still there with no improvement. He was supposed to come back to re do the job but never did. Charles

From Roof repair, garage demolition, pavers, brick work, etc. They are professional, on time and so dependable. Shaq is the man, about two years ago I had a leak in my room. I called Shaq and he was on my roof the following day inspecting the damage. He took pictures and text them to me and then we discussed the steps we could take. He gave me a good quote and patched the raccoon hole I had in my roof. Text me photos of finished work. I was so happy with the work I contacted Shaq two years later to do my entire roof new. He brought me color patterns and after that I had to wait about three weeks but it was not his fault we had bad weather. Once he started he finished in one day. I could not be happier. I even spoke to him about next years project. I truly recommend Shaq and his company.

I called LA Construction because my gutters were clogged badly I spoke to shaq, Who is very professional showed up at the time he said he was and price was pretty reasonable. they did a great job unclogging my gutters, and I will use them again when I have to replace my gutters.

Shak did a nice job. There was a bad water stain on my kitchen ceiling caused by leaking from my upstairs bathtub. He grouted and silicone my bathtub and painted my kitchen ceiling. Job well done!

Starting with outside steps of which he did a beautiful job three years ago, Shaq has continued to do repairs at my premises. Three years ago he did the steps and I was so pleased with his professionalism thorough workmanship that I reached out to him this spring. He has now done a beautiful driveway, with amazing borders for my flower garden; repair to the roof and resolve problems of water flow in the back. I will continue to hire him as the need arises

They repaired my roof and my basement. They did excellent work and they were very dependable and reliable! I would recommend them for anyone looking for home repairs! Very happy with the work they have done!

I had called LA One because I could see water marks on the ceiling. He did immediately go up to the roof and said there are few cracks and those need to be sealed. He said, once it’s fixed, it would be good for 5-6 years. It took him about 2 to 2.5 hours to fix it. When he was done, he said he noticed some cracks in my neighbors house which might cause a leak in my house in the future. He did take the initiative to inform my neighbor and asked them whether they wanted to fix theirs when he was already at the site. I believe my neighbor said he will fix it himself. Next day, there was heavy rain. I could still see fresh water marks on my ceiling. I called LA One. He said the source is from my neighbor and to inform them. LA One does quote fair price. I paid to fix the leak, but unfortunately it’s not fixed. I wouldn’t have paid for it if I knew that it was from my neighbor and if that diagnoses was made before hand.

I called and Shaq picked up, he was very pleasant and scheduled me for Saturday only two days away. I was fortunate that he was working on another home close to my neighborhood and gave me a call to see if someone was home. He repaired the rood ( Raccoon Damage ) in about 35 minutes. I was so pleased he took pictures before and after and explained the whole process. So end of story is Shaq fixed my roof in less than 24 hours after i called his company and at a price that i was very pleased with. i saved his number and i am planning on calling him again for a couple of projects in my house.

Excellent response time, fair price, but most important did the work correctly. Shaq was extremely nice. Would recommend him again. In fact, I have rehired him since to do a roof repair job, which he did quickly and no more leak. AND will have another job to fix my concrete stoops. Shaq is my go-to guy for construction. Use this company, you will not be sorry.

LA One did great work on my home renovation; pavers, siding, sheet rock, plastering and painting. Excellent service and results.

Shaq and his team beautified the outside of our stucco home. They repaired the stucco, installed beautiful molding around the windows and doors, installed two new exterior doors and a storm door, installed a new soffit/fascia, and painted the entire house. It looks amazing and all the neighbors complimented the work. Shaq is great to work with. He was very professional, reliable and fair. The prices he quoted were very fair and reasonable, and the prices he quoted were the prices we paid. No surprises. Shaq made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the work before he finished and got paid. The work was done well and we would definitely call him for any work we have in the future.

I hired LA One to reattach a gutter and downspout. Shaq was very professional and courteous. He quoted me a fair price and the work was performed as scheduled. I plan to use his company for future projects.

Shaqeel is reliable, courteous, and professional. He and his workers showed up at the time he said they would. I had roof repair, gutter/downspout work, chimney repair, sliding closet doors installed for two closets, ceiling repair. front yard, driveway, and backyard mowed and cleaned up. The weeds were waist high. I'm very happy with the work he and his team did. I'm already setup to work with them again actually. Shaqeel is very reasonable and explains everything very well and doesn't rush you either.
