Called on Friday afternoon and they came the next day (Saturday) at 9:30am. Thought price was a little steep to repair a plug but at least they showed up promptly on a Saturday unlike other electricians who didn't show up at all!

Lyle Robinson(owner) thought it was important enough to come look at our project. I could tell right a way here's a man who knows about generators. He knew that a natural gas generator runs on volume NOT pressure. (something other companies did not have a clue about) He is also a Generac Dealer. Lyle gave me a turnkey price for the complete project - gas line - electric change over - everything that is needed to make this project happen. and I accepted on the spot. Lyle and his team of professionals started on time - finished on time and on budget. No hidden cost. Just a quality job. And I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Responded quickly, made appointment at convenient time and arrived right on time. Performed the service I needed for a reasonable price. Lyle even saved me money by explaining that one thing I wanted to do didn't need to be done.

Lyle was very professional yet personable at the same time. I felt very good about having him and Clarence working on my house and knew the jobs would be done well. Lyle was very helpful answering questions I had.

However, the owner took time to give the quote himself, broke it down as I requested without complaint, was prompt, professional, well spoken, knowlegeable, and easy to communicate with. Whatever my next electric project is in Nashville, I'll use this company. Better attitude, more professional, more knowlegable than other electricians or service people frankly than anyone else to date. And the quote was as good as others, and much less than some. I received a call within minutes of putting in a request for an electrician. It was a Sunday that I had problems with my service and Lyle was here within an hour to fix the problem. We feel that the service and price were great, will do business with LA's again.

They responded very quickly with the quote, were very friendly and respectful, answered all my questions and worked with me on the price. Their quote was among the lowest a received and they had had an entire kitchen/dining room roughed in in less than 6hours. They called throughout the job if they had questions to ensure we were getting what we wanted. The inspector came the following day (all permits and inspection scheduling handled by LA's) and instantly approved rough-in. Lyle is very friendly, helpful and appreciative of the work.
