We hired MV Handy Svcs based upon their assurances work would be done in good/workmanship manner w/in 10 days. 75 days later whole house/yard was a disaster. New $5K fence was over sprayed along with decks (which were ruined), overspray on screen on screen porch, screen doors wrapped, wood not replaced, any section of home started was not done well and not finished. More they worked the worse the house became. They drilled wholes in side of home when contract called for pump jacks. When we finally had to let them go (75 days later), they left supplies and materials on our property which took me hours to clean up. This was a HUGE disaster of a hire and we had to hire a new painter to come in and essentially redo much if not all of the house. Very painful and very costly experience ;0(

The thing that I like best about him, is he didn't hesitate to show me his insurance and business license when I asked him. He came out, gave us a quote and the project ended up costing exactly that. I wanted some upgrades, and he quoted me the exact cost of those upgrades. He had enough people on the job to get the job done in the exact timeframe I need it done. Vince is very nice, and I would definitely use him again.
