I thought they were great and they did it in a hurry and it was exactly what I wanted!

On time and efficient

The salesman was very pleasant and willing to work to get a design I liked. The install crew was nice and cleaned up after themselves. But they ripped out more baseboard than necessary when installing. I now have gapping holes in my baseboard in three different places. I called the office and asked for them to put the baseboard back in the holes. I was told they'd drop the baseboard off at my house because it was sent back to the office before the job was finsihed. I'm still waiting. Not happy with their customer service or their desire to make a job right. I'd upload the photos if this site had a spot. It is very unsightly.

Listened to customer ideas and did everything possible to include in design. Installed per committed schedule.

The crew was pleasant and very respectful. Cleaned up the leftover mess before leaving. It was nice to meet such a great crew.

the experience was very good. a high quality product. lance was excellent with his advice and design. i am very happy and would recommend this company to anyone. my only complaint is that the installers should have cleaned up better after the installation.. i.e. the shelves were left with sawdust all over them i asked that my existing shelf be saved, which they did but it was left with all the nails sticking out . this was potentially dangerous.
