frankly i will never use this company ever again and have already instructed everyone in every group that i'm apart of of to not do the same. They gave me a quote and charged me double for the actual work, but things happen. My issue with them is the fact that the work wasn't cleaned up properly, they took THREE MONTHS to return my calls regarding the bill and the lack of cleaning afterwards, but to top it all off, the job wasn't even done properly. Had to have someone else come out and fix what they were suppossed to had done and charged me twice as much in order to do. Its unfortunate because they were the nicest people in quoting me

The tech did a good job in the repair. They are not only to fix the problems, but find an old problem, which the disconnected wire as well.

LB Electric was the epitome of professionalism, courtesy and very informative providing succinct explanations for all my questions. Thedy were so thorough in cleaning up the work site I could not tell they were on my property. Cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. Responded quickly, great price, job well done. However, he quoted me one price then billed me another. Does not answer phone and I have left repeated voicemails to try to rectify the situation but he hasn't called back.This has gone on for almost a year!

First they needed to reschedule because of poor weather one day, which was fine, they called promptly and set up another day. They arrived on time, talked about options to do the work, and did an excellent job.

The guys worked steadily the entire time they were here. Minor misunderstanding about when they were to arrive the second day, and there wasn't enough time/resources allocated to get the job done on the first day, which was a bit frustrating, but no complaint with the final outcome of the work. Lloyd also made a number of very helpful suggestions, so I'd recommend him again.

Lloyd listened to what I needed to have done. It was a small job, so Lloyd worked with us to do what we wanted, when we wanted, and how we wanted, explaining the job completely. We have more work to be done, and will not hesitate to call L.B. Electrical Service, LLC. Great Job. And by the way, we went out to get three estimates for this job. One came out, told me what he was going to do, and charged $1,300. more than L.B. Electric. Estimate #2 wouldn't even come look at the job, but made an over the phone estimate...no trust in that guy!!! Again, Good job Lloyd.

Lloyd came out quickly to give us an estimate. He offered suggestions and listened to what we were looking for. The price was reasonable, and the work was done within a week. We are very satisfied with the improved lighting in our basement. We would use LB again in the future.
