LBL Softwash

Scheduled power washing over a month in advance yet got a no-show on project start date. Received three project date confirmation emails or texts by Paul or Tyler yet got no reply on game day. Said they could not start the job tomorrow and would have to reschedule me. I demanded and received my deposit refund ($443).

Paul T and Paul D were very professional and thorough. Although LBLâ s estimate was higher than the others we received, the quality of their work was well worth it.

Showed up on time. Very professional and very friendly. Everything explained in detail. Was walked through before and after completion. Awesome experience. Totally satisfied. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Expensive but professional and provide great service

Today we received the first service from LBL Softwash. We were very impressed with the punctuality, the courtesy, and the professionalism that was expressed by the two young men that came to wash the exterior of our home. They were careful to protect our garden and plants. They answered all our questions. They went over and above what was expected. We are very pleased with the results. They did an amazing job. We highly recommend them, and would use their services again.

The roof cleaning they did for me was good however the chemicals they use kill plants and grass, I made them aware of this, and they replied what could they do to correct the problem, I told the office manager Brenda Fields to replace the plant after a week no one has contacted me now I am seeing dead grass where the chemicals leaked from the truck, I will not recommend them at all.

The company went the extra mile to make sure they exceed my expectations and they did. The crew was very nice and thorough. They showed up on time, communicated well and left my property neat and exceptionally clean!!

They were quick to respond when I called for a quote. The technicians were on time,polite and Professional! They did a great job!
