Today we received the first service from LBL Softwash. We were very impressed with the punctuality, the courtesy, and the professionalism that was expressed by the two young men that came to wash the exterior of our home. They were careful to protect our garden and plants. They answered all our questions. They went over and above what was expected. We are very pleased with the results. They did an amazing job. We highly recommend them, and would use their services again.

The roof cleaning they did for me was good however the chemicals they use kill plants and grass, I made them aware of this, and they replied what could they do to correct the problem, I told the office manager Brenda Fields to replace the plant after a week no one has contacted me now I am seeing dead grass where the chemicals leaked from the truck, I will not recommend them at all.

Thanks for the honest feedback Mr. Thomas, we have contacted you and since rectified the situation. We had an issue that day with one of our pumps and have since corrected the problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but with humans and mechanical things occasionally things happen that are out of our control. We hope our refund and sending a landscaper to come out has helped. Thank you!
