I was not able to open the trunk of my car w/ the front seat lever or the key. I was not able to access the trunk by putting back seats down. (The lever for them is in the trunk! Stupid Toyota!) The Toyota dealership said it would be $120 just for them to look at what was going on. The first locksmith I called said he would have to damage the body of the car to get in and he wasn't allowed to do that. My 2nd call was to Ryan. He came to my house and had the trunk open in less than 5 minutes! There is some "secret'" button in the glove compartment that's supposed to keep the bad guys out. You would think Toyota could check the basics for free. Therefore, today Ryan is getting an excellent review while Toyota will receive a negative one. Good conversation, too!

they need to have business cards or at least receipts with their name on them. The only way I remember their name or phone number is because I wrote it on the receipt. I was somewhat hesitant to let the worker into my house.
